This is a franchise that the owner does not care about at all. I paid for 18 nights I'm leaving after 9. No microwave in the room at all even no tell motels have that. No fitness center they used that room for storage and closed it saying it's being renovated for years. They don't even have a breakfast they have a granola bar and coffee. The ait conditioning is very very poor. I have a degree in HVAC so I will educate everyone. The rooms are disgusting the lack of ANY ventilation means that they are humid and smell terrible. The staff made the arguments that it's too cool outside to run there recirculating cold and hot water system. The rooms are 75 degrees temperature outside in the 60s. You don't have to turn a recirculating cold water system off unless you have a freeze. Furthermore I will explain why they do that. They have clever excuses. Standard operating procedures are to issue the cold people with an electric heater and turn off the ac in that room. This is more expensive though. They save a lot of money turning off AC and giving out white trash box fans. Tonight my room is 78 degrees I have a thermometer. I went to the front to ask yet again why my room is hot as hell. I waited about 2 minutes which is not bad but if you consider she was just watching television it is poor showmanship for staff. Older black lady, informed me in a rude tone she cannot do anything at all and to live with it. When you hang these oxygen bandits your money just remember your getting screwed. Legally the ventilation is iffy I'm calling a building inspector tomorrow to address the issue.

May 31, 2025 · Sol BonWe stayed at Days Inn West Allis for 1 week, June 2025. At first glance we were hesitant to stay more than 1 night. It's not glamorous to say the least. I believe some cute landscaping outside may enhance the outdoor experience. Perhaps some carpet in the hallways would improve the interior esthetics as well as dusting/cleaning the handrailings. The lobby is bright and the staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. Coffee and grab n go breakfast was just fine for us. There is a vending machine area and a shared microwave. The setee in that area was stained. The stair carpet was dingy and stained and the hallway floors could use a mop and scrape (appears gum was stuck). The entrances, which are spread around the building were not secure. I just walked right in without having to use my key card. Poses a safety issue. The room on the other hand was nice. The bed was super comfortable. Very generous frig in the room as well. The room was clean and had plenty of space for 2 people. The bathroom was clean but could use a little tlc. The shower vent fan was loose and appeared to need reattachment. The curtains were roomdarkening and I feel blinds or shades would look better. As I passed some of the rooms I could see very worm out curtain backs. Again, esthetics. The room lighting could use some enhancement. There were 3 lamps in the room and the somewhat overhead light outside the bathroom didn't work. The hallways were labeled to direct us to rooms, lobby, ice machine, etc. The location is perfect. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a Kwik Trip a short walk away. This review may sound negative but little things matter to me. I wasn't expecting the Taj Majal for the price we paid. My comments are just our observations that the owners/managers may take into consideration for future guest experiences
Jun 15, 2025 · Marianne RodriguezThis might be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It looks nothing like the photos. We waited a while for someone to come to the desk, in the meantime we debated getting another place. Our room was a dump. There were stains on the sheets, the tv remote didn’t work, and the was a condom left in one of the drawers. There’s no way this place would pass an inspection.
Jun 16, 2025 · Ben MaasThis place has gone downhill. The room we were in was shabby and there was no hot water in the shower. The heater either blasted to 80 degrees or we could turn it off and take our chances. Our room was next to the fire exit door which was propped open with a rock. The room door had a chain bolt. It did appear to be clean and, thank goodness, no cheap air freshener stink. We only go there because we get Wyndham rewards and it's on our delivery route.
Feb 28, 2025 · Caroline VanDerLoopDon't stay here. Location, that's about it, even their pretty picture of the amazing business in front of their hotel is not them. I don't recommend this place. they are scammers, they charge an extra $150 at check-in, tell you they will give it back but don't. the place is trash, it looks like something from the 80s, the Ac is an old out dated scary looking device, thr fridge is iced over, and has no shelves, they steal $150 from you, claiming it's a deposit and will give it back but never do. this is not a place you want to stay at. it's not even worth one star. pay the extra and stay at a better hotel. it's like slum apartment complex that should be condemned. I honestly can't believe days Inn, Whydham would have their name attached to such a dishonest place, i could have stayed closer to my location with the money they stole from me. We left the room in good condition, put our trash in the garbage. it's ridiculous. Do not stay at this place. I recommend getting a different card after you stay here. I'll be changing my card. I do not trust this place. I'll be getting in touch with corporate to let them know that their name is attached to a very bad business building.
