May 06, 2025 · jennifer ortizFront door is broken. That looks very unpleasant. The hot tub is out of order, guests should be informed about that. It's impossible to sleep because the heater runs so loud that's ridiculous. I will never stay here again. Place is run down and needs to be updated. Old TV's in the rooms. Just terrible
Feb 16, 2025 · Lexx DiamondThe AC unit in my room was so loud it would wake me up whenever it kicked on. I included a decibel reading. Mind you, this reading was not at its loudest. It is EXTREMELY loud. The service and the food was decent at this hotel but the rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade.
Apr 24, 2025 · Dan LeeStaff is very friendly and would chat if you started the conversation. Thats a jersey thing, so if you’re expecting balloons and excitement to see you, you’re in the wrong state! The drive in was not easy to find, no signs that were lit up and the sign on the building itself was only half lit up. (BLE TREE) The business park owner should be ashamed of the potholes and conditions of the road. Hotel lobby is very pretty & clean. The little market is perfectly stocked with anything you may have forgotten or food and drinks you want. The rooms are just Ok. It really depends on your expectations for a Hilton brand. My 22yo son thought it was nice. I expected better. I feel like Corporate doesn’t give the support to this hotel the way they should. The set up of the room was interesting, i jammed my foot on the fridge when i came out of the bathroom in the middle of the night. Furniture has definitely not been updated in a long while and thats on Corporate. The heater was LOUD it sounded like an airplane engine. The bathroom was…sad. It served its purpose. Water pressure in the shower absolutely sucked and the shower head just spit water out. I feel sad for this building owner because they’re not getting the support they deserve. The business park itself is sad, not what it used to be and the hotel and its staff is suffering because of it. Come on Hilton, do better for this community.
Jan 16, 2025 · diane parryEverything was great, ESPECIALLY the hot chocolate chip cookies 🍪 😋. The only place that could benefit from freshening up is the exterior door way to the right of the main entry. (Leaving hotel from hall near ice machine).
