A very good budget hotel for the location. You have about a 2 minute walk to the main road of Gatlinburg. Breakfast was what you'd expect from a budget lodging but I was surprised by their use of actual eggs instead of the usual bagged scrambled eggs. The smoke detector was beeping which made me feel right at home. Had some booking issues that they resolved with the booking site. Overall, I'd recommend this if you're not looking to splurge on a hotel and want to be close to everything. They also have this lovely chair for your viewing pleasure.

Jun 05, 2025 · Marc DanielsThe location of the hotel is perfect. The room was clean and everything I was expecting. The bathroom was small and unassuming, but everything you would want. The parking is a little strange and the buildings are seperated so not all in the pool surrounding building. Would def stay again
Jun 09, 2025 · Jason HinchmanOk, reviews are slightly accurate, but.. the room is what you pay for. It's rough, I didn't complain to the host, and I asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. Price and location are to die for. So if I have to wipe the walls of blood or clean the snot out of the bathroom, I dont mind putting some elbow grease. I don't recommend using their sheets unless you look under them. I get it it's a mattress used by so many others, but let's be real. I am using my own sheets and bed spread and pillows. I come prepared. I used plenty of towels and their cleaning products.
Jun 10, 2025 · Gary GriffithFor location it was perfect and the hosts were very nice. But the room is very much lacking. Our room is 302 and the ceiling had Speckles of mold all over it and the kids socks grayish black from how dirty the floor was. My grandsons built a little sprite around the fridge and whenever I cleaned it up the rag was completely black. I spoke to the lady at the desk and told her about the ceiling having mold and that it wasn't like that in the bathroom and she said that it was a paint technique because they had had problems in that room before. I do not believe that I believe we were sleeping in a room of mold. At some point early one morning while we were gone to breakfast I do feel like that someone had been in our room. Will not stay there ever again. But like I said location was perfect.
May 07, 2025 · radonna freemanGreat valued stay conveniently located in Gatlinburg and location would pretty much self pay for the parking due to most places are within walking distance. Good for a solo traveler not sure for family stay if anyone of the party may be picky (vs other higher rated and/or priced stays). Place does have some 'smell' which gets mostly covered up by running AC and the bathroom has a fan which works good to calculate air within the room. Not the best but most are acceptable for the price point. My particular room had a minor issue with tub drain lever keep shutting off and had to hold down the lever to drain water after showering. I have booked for a short one night travel and may consider again if I am stopping by Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge by myself.
