My two night stay started off with my card being charged several, then telling me I have to pay cash because it didn't work, even though the card machine said accepted and it immediately came out of my bank. I currently still have a pending charge which won't drop for probably 7 business days, removing yet another $300 from my account. On top of all that I ended up paying cash so I'm out a lot of money for one night stay. Why one instead of two? We couldn't shower. Our room had no hot water. The next two rooms they showed us had no hot water. The next had no water pressure past the sink and the final smelled like a dog kennel even from outside the room. Still waiting on a refund and trying to talk to anybody about any timely resolution is like pulling teeth. You charged me several times upon check in but can't return my money? If I don't come to s realistic resolution in the next 24 hours my next step is the BBB. How many other people have been scammed or ripped off? Absolutely, completely unacceptable and a total scam and you can't get ahold of anybody. How hard is it to just return the funds????

I'd give NEGATIVE stars if possible... The lady we talked on the phone about getting a room said she could do 2 nights for $96. She claimed she could give us a small discount. We were ecstatic! Because we are homeless & trying to figure things out, so it would've been PERFECT. But the next morning, they claimed only 1 night possible. They said they don't do that kind of deal. When it SAYS $48/49 per night... The lady we spoke to shouldn't have told us 2 nights for $96. Besides, if you wanna charge basically $100 for 1 night, better be sure your rooms are clean... And have better cable that doesn't glitch out every 5 seconds & more than what you claim to have. Best also not claim to can give people 2 nights for $96, when you'd know you wouldn't be able to do that for them. Wish there was a way to upload pics of how NASTY their rooms are. Wonder why there isn't an option... Hmmmm πŸ€” They wanna hide how nasty their crap shoot of a hotel they are. These guys are con artists. These guys are DISGUSTING. If we had a chance in a different hotel, we would've done it. We didn't know about all of it until today. Which we were supposed to get a 2nd night. I pray none of these people end up in our shoes. If they do, hopefully they don't run into this same issue. And hope people are sane enough NOT to stay here!! Don't waste your money for lack of service & compassion. These people are IGNORANT!! I'd give them -10 stars if possible!! HORRIBLE Don't fall for this scam!! And if you wanna say "if it was so bad, why did you stay?", we had no choice.

Had an issue with the room. Sheets were not clean. The staff came and remade the beds with clean linens. Rooms are definitely old but there's new vinyl tile floors in the main area. Bathroom has broken tile. Room was clean except for the sheets. Air conditioner works great and looks new. Seems like they are upgrading a little at a time. Overall, nice room and the staff were friendly and quick to fix the issue.

Great hotel and great stay !😊 My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night and I we were pleasantly surprised despite all the negative reviews! We had a wonderful and positive experience and all the staff were friendly, kind and courteous. We had a minor issue with our toilet and the staff fixed problem immediately! Everyone made use feel welcome !😊 We had a clean room and bathroom. Very nice and comfortable bed !😊 Room had a mini fridge/freezer and a microwave which were all nice and clean! We had a very positive stay at this hotel and location . So sometimes you have to try a hotel for yourself before badmouthing a hotel . This is my first review for this hotel . Had another great stay August 11, 2024! Clean hotel, clean room and staff was friendly and showed great hospitality! 😊 Definitely coming back!😊

Booked this place months in advance for our trip to the Corvettes at Carlisle, won't be coming back to Carlisle again. It's bad enough we paid a premium for the room, it took 4 different rooms to finally be able to drop our bags on the floor & stay. First 2 rooms we were assigned had not even been cleaned for months piles of dirt and even spider webs on furniture bases, pubic Hairs on the tub and black stains, sink counters where dirty, poled the covers on the bed and the bed showed that same one was still sleeping there. this hotel and many others in this area should not be operating. according to friends that stayed in other similar places had the same or worst experiences there are no hygiene and it seems there’s no gov agency inspecting the hotels, they are ratted so low and charging like a 5star hotel because the demand.
