Really nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Pleasant service and a great breakfast. Many restaurants close by and within walking distance. I took one star away for a few reasons. No channel guide or guide on the TV, only a QR code you have to scan just to see what channels are available, but you still don't know what is on. There is a charge for parking, yet many other hotels close by that do not charge and the ice machine on my floor was broken. Everything else was great and very hospitable service.
For discerning travelers searching within the "Hotels Near Of Me" category in Kennesaw, Georgia, the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Kennesaw Town Center offers an upscale and all-suite experience. Situated at 620 Chastain Rd, Kennesaw, GA 30144, USA, this hotel provides a prime location with easy access to Kennesaw State University, Town Center at Cobb, and numerous dining and entertainment options. Another key feature is the complimentary Evening Reception, held nightly. This event offers guests a relaxed setting to enjoy complimentary beverages and light snacks, providing a pleasant opportunity to unwind after a day of work or sightseeing.
Each accommodation at this hotel is a two-room suite, offering a separate living area and bedroom. These spacious suites typically include a wet bar, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a sleeper sofa, providing ample space and amenities for both leisure and business travelers, as well as families. Guests can also enjoy amenities such as comfortable beds, blackout drapes, and a flat-screen TV in each room. The hotel also provides dry cleaning/laundry services and a gift shop/newsstand. For dining, the hotel hosts an on-site Ruth's Chris Steak House, offering a fine-dining experience. Room service is also available for those who prefer to dine in their suite. The hotel is pet-friendly, allowing dogs and cats for an additional fee.
However, an objective overview also includes areas where guests have reported mixed experiences. Some reviews mention that the front desk service can sometimes be perceived as unfriendly or non-responsive upon check-in, lacking warmth or initial greetings. Cleanliness in certain areas, such as bathroom floors and the exterior of trash cans, has also been noted as needing improvement in some instances.
Another point of feedback pertains to the parking fee. While the hotel offers on-site self-parking, there is a daily charge (around $7.50, subject to change), which some guests find unexpected, especially when other hotels in the vicinity may offer free parking. Furthermore, the TV system might require scanning a QR code for channel information, which can be inconvenient for some guests seeking a traditional channel guide. Maintenance issues, such as a broken ice machine on a floor, have also been reported. These aspects suggest that while the hotel generally offers a high standard of comfort and amenities, there can be inconsistencies in service delivery and minor inconveniences.

Apr 17, 2025 · Dominic FirrincieliGood location, very spacious modern suite, bedding was outstanding and extremely comfortable, all at a great price point. The many dining options nearby was a plus! Unfortunately, check in was very unfriendly and non responsive. Upon arrival I greeted the one host, “Good afternoon! How are you?!” Response - “Last name!”. I attempted again with a similar result. It was quite odd and I was the only guest in the lobby at the time. Bathroom floor was dirty as well as the trashcans exteriors (I normally would not notice canisters, however they were quite filthy). Overall, i had a wonderful nights sleep, bedding was very clean and comfortable, rooms were quiet, and the amenities in the room and location met my needs. A solid 3 star hotel! I would stay again should I need to return to the area.
Mar 08, 2025 · S harrisI recently stayed at the Embassy Suites in Kennesaw for 6 nights, and it turned into one of the most distressing experiences of my life. Shortly before heading to the airport, I noticed multiple bites on my neck, which led me to contact the hotel. To my horror, they confirmed the presence of a bed bug in my bed. While they expressed their apologies, the situation didn’t improve from there. After a month of waiting for a response from their insurance company, I was informed that they would not be compensating me for my losses. I had to dispose of all of my belongings, including my suitcase, and purchase everything new. The bites were incredibly itchy and covered my entire body, leaving me unable to leave my house for weeks. I’ve been suffering from paranoia and sleepless nights ever since, constantly feeling as though bugs are crawling on me. This entire ordeal has been not only financially burdensome but also emotionally draining. The lack of accountability and support from the hotel has been disheartening. I strongly advise others to avoid this location. It’s evident that guest care is not a priority here, and the cleanliness standards are severely lacking. Please think twice before booking your stay.
May 12, 2025 · Isabelle WintersBest Embassy Suites I've stayed in yet! The bed were like sleeping at home. Rooms were elegant and have everything we needed ( although the actual bedroom was very small/crowded). Breakfast was good, but not enough seating during main time, so go early.
Feb 17, 2025 · Beverly HayesStayed here for daughters 11th birthday weekend. Check in was fast. Staff was friendly. The room was clean and stocked. The bed was comfortable. The con's to my visit was the parking and size of the breakfast area. We had to park at nearby business in front of hotel as we couldn't find parking. The parking charge per night was $7.50. The parking in the rear of hotel looks deserted and dark. The indoor pool was excellent for the kiddos to have a night swim and it was open until 10pm. Breakfast was great, but the size of the dining area was tiny in comparison to other embassy hotels. Also the fact that the staff has to plate food makes for a slower experience. breakfast options included custom omelets, grits, waffles, diced potatoes, eggs, sausage, French toast sticks, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, pastries, coffee and juice. Great stay otherwise.
