Yes, Matias cleaned my room. He steamed cleaned the carpet, changed the drapes, changed the sheets, and cleaned my bathroom. Fresh soap and shampoo were added to the bathroom. Clean towels were added to the bathroom. The best part was that the shower curtain was draped toward the back of the shower, tucked under the handle on the right side, like a drape, or whatever.👍

Customer reviews provide a mixed but generally consistent picture of the property, highlighting both its strengths and areas where improvement might be beneficial:
Kitchen Facilities: As expected, the in-room kitchens are consistently praised as the best feature, offering flexibility and cost savings. The ability to cook meals is a major draw for guests.
Staff Friendliness and Helpfulness: Multiple reviews commend the staff, noting them as "friendly and helpful," and in one instance, "Customer service is wonderful." This indicates a positive human element to the guest experience.
Cleanliness: This is a point of variability. While one detailed review lauded the thorough cleaning by a specific staff member ("Matias cleaned my room... The best part was that the shower curtain was draped toward the back of the shower...👍"), another customer experienced "fairly dirty upon arrival, smelled like cigarettes, had a stain on the bedding, etc." This suggests that while excellent service is possible, consistency in initial room cleanliness may vary, and addressing specific concerns with the front desk is advisable.
Room Condition: Similar to cleanliness, some rooms are described as "pristine, clean, and well maintained," while others might show signs of wear or require attention. The hotel was last renovated in 2006, which might contribute to some perceptions of datedness.
Amenities: The free coffee and tea in the morning, along with the grab-and-go breakfast, are appreciated for their convenience. The availability of laundry facilities is also a valued amenity for extended stays.
Location: The hotel's location is generally rated highly for its convenience to attractions, shopping, and major roadways.
It's worth noting that issues like "foul smell from the carpets" or "stained bedding" from some reviews point to areas where the hotel might be actively working on improvements, as reflected in the positive "Matias" review. Guests should communicate any concerns promptly to the 24-hour front desk for resolution.

May 20, 2025 · John MarstonI stayed in 2 different rooms. One room was pristine, clean, and well maintained. The other was fairly dirty upon arrival, smelled like cigarettes, had a stain on the bedding, etc. Staff if friendly and helpful and the free coffee and tea in the morning is nice. I do like the layout of the rooms with the kitchens being the best part because it includes a refrigerator, stove, and just enough cabinet space. If you are like me and cook meals then you will need the dish package (pots, pans, silverware etc). I was provided this in my first room, but not my 2nd, and yes, you must request it at front desk.
Feb 03, 2025 · Father PadreStaff was nice. Entire lobby smelled terrible. Mix of cigarettes/food/water damage if I had to guess. Room smelled terribly of cigarettes. Dirty washcloth on the nightstand. Nail polish (or something similar) stained all over the bathroom counter. Holes in the walls that were terribly patched. When we pulled up, there were people sitting outside the front door littering. A group of people were laying in the grass. Seemed like a lot of riff raff going on. We felt very uncomfortable here overall.
Apr 06, 2025 · Melissa RogersMy stay has been extended at this location, and the service I've received from staff has continued to be professional, courteous, respectful, and overall pleasant. I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by each staff member. It is always a joy to get hot fresh coffee provided in the lobby, and my first morning contact was met with "good morning" with a nice smile, p.s. This is pet friendly I appreciate the entire staff for the hard work and efforts provided in assuring me of the best stay possible. After learning the names of the staff, this acknowledgment is warranted to these individuals: Jermell, General Manager Kenya, Assistant Manager Agents: Sonya; Emily; Clyde; and Jasmine Lois, Senior Housekeeping and KUDOS to the entire housekeeping staff. The continued services you provide are needed and appreciated 👏🏻
Mar 18, 2025 · Mary ChestnutI wouldn’t know how the rooms are because after booking my stay and attempting to check in I was told that I would need an additional deposit. It does NOT state that anywhere on the webpage or checkout screen. I contact the point of purchase who then contacts the hotel and they DENIED my refund. I only stepped foot in the lobby. Why should I be charged for your company not listing a requirement for renting a room on the website? I feel like that should be explicitly stated BEFORE PURCHASE! Don’t waste your time or money here. You will be disappointed. And I know the hotel is gonna have some snarky response like “we’re sorry about your experience..” Keep your sorries and give me back my money!
