Room was clean and overall good BUT…. Room did not have curtains to block any light. The hotel is located in a very busy area which can be nice but loud cars driving by made sleep hard. With all the businesses by the hotel the bright lights from the signs illuminated the room all night which made sleep almost impossible. If the hotel got blackout curtains it’s a solid 4 star review.

Jan 19, 2025 · Grant DarnellI had the pleasure of staying at this particular Fairfield inn and well it was quite an experience I’ve stayed a few times for business and emergencies stays. I’ve got familiar with the staffing , i had the honor in meeting Sean Scavella which was a true gentleman from the first interaction. Every time in passing from coming or going he made it a mission to make not just my stay but each and every guest feel important and heard. Honestly made the biggest compliment to the hotel in a whole. It wasn’t always clean, breakfast didn’t taste good at times, I’ve witness issues with rooms, The Manager above Front desk i believe is the General manager I’ve learned her name is Chloe is always in the worse mood only interaction I’ve had with this young lady was the last because the attitude on that one isn’t appropriate for such a calm friendly setting which is given always by other staff members. It came to my knowledge from a recent visit that they have let go their Front desk manager Mr.Sean. It’s saddens me not because Ms.Chloe is lying about it stating “He’s not in today” knowing it will affect the business tremendously because of the impact that young man gave and they know it ! BUT I ALSO FOUND OUT BECAUSE I GO THE EXTRA MILE If someone goes the extra for me someone from the staff told me Sean was let go on Malicious intent and he was being treated unfairly. I would only see this young man day and night every shift in a span of 24 hours i found it odd but now everything makes sense!! I truly believe the wrong person was fired. If they fired one member of management i suggest starting fresh with a completely new line up.i love the location of the hotel and very convenient please don’t the staffing be the cause of the downfall ! I will say this will be my last stay here and pray that young man finds a new job and this establishment makes a drastic change in how they run things. Apr 06, 2025 · KiKi DVery nice hotel. As a Marriott employee myself, I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, friendliness of the staff, and overall condition of the hotel itself. Highly recommend staying here if you find yourself in this neck of the woods.

She was all over my man for one, you’ll forever be a side chick you’ll never be a wife, look at how u carry yourself, So let’s get that together… you’re attitude is extremely disgusting and my man would only use you for one thing bookie. Idk why Sean got fired he was extremely nice, and respectful, Khloe was lazy and did not want to continue to book our stay after spending over $3000 at this place, Marriott has lost a customer for a lifetime, every little thing all I hear is her loud mouth complaining about something loud at the front desk, loud outside the room I was in, she sat there laughing in our face numerous of time like what’s funny besides the fact that u belong walking up and down Fulton industrial?

The room we reserved was no available when we arrived, causing my teenage daughter to sleep on a couch. Had to go ask for bedding for my daughter so she could have pillows and blankets.
