Douviany, the General Manager (Venezuelan) was the worst of my stay, interrupting me as I was engaged in a conversation of trying to understand the $150.00 hold/security deposit they charged me without notifying me. Corey, the operations manager slid a plastic gold plate in front of me proportedly to say this is your security deposit policy but it was absent of a set amount. Your policy is all over the place. Im pretty sure they've had many issues with customers complaining about their inconsistency with this security deposit. Corey was kind until Douviany the general manager rudely chimed in, then he started to defend her when I asked her to allow me the courtesy to finish my conversation with Corey. She (Douiviany) then asserted with arrogance that she is the general manager and she will listen in. I asked her again to give me space and leave the area so that she didn’t continue getting me upset. I wasn’t angry until she insisted interrupting. I felt Corey was doing fine and even told her that, but she still wouldn’t leave. Even moreso, she accused me of getting loud when it was herself and now corey. Douviany is arrogant and cannot handle the little power she does have. The hotel has a lot of potential but its dirty, on the third floor the carpet is bleached. The elevator is noisy. Room 305 smells like there are dogs literally sitting in the room. You can even feel the filth. For breakfast the waffle machine was broken every day. The fitness center is not sufficient to exercise and not well equipped. There is a bad spirit in that hotel. As I informed them both, that I am a 22 year military veteran and didn’t appreciate the disrespect you through at me. As the GC she should be the problem solver. It appears that she either have not been trained properly or you chose amnesia that day. As I told them both,, those reviews hurt. Ive already notified expedia and will be posting this review on other large platforms with their names on it! Do not go to this place.

May 12, 2025 · Marine KingGot there, found the pool to be disgusting, wasn’t able to stay in the room more than 5min as it was dirty, dark thanks to broken lights, bathroom door didn’t latch, no hand soap, and looked to be big infested. Wish I could put 0 stars. Don’t even think about making a reservation here. Got another room at a different place otherwise I was gonna just sleep in my truck.
Mar 09, 2025 · Jared PerryAverage hotel. Air conditioner smelled moldy. Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable. Close to many shops and restaurants in Suwanee
Apr 26, 2025 · John SchmelingMy wife and I got bed bug bites over our ankle and legs (red itchy). First time ever and it sucked. I'm glad my 8-month-old daughter was okay.
Apr 01, 2025 · J. R. FordWe had a wonderful stay here! We had short notice for a family visit and this was by far cheaper than options closer to our family (we're talking 15-20 minutes away). Yes, it's an older building but our room seemed to be maintained well. The free breakfast was hot and delicious each morning with a variety of options (except pastries which my husband point out each day lol). There's 24 hour coffee, tea, hot chocolate and water available in the lobby. The staff was amazing! Very friendly, funny, and accommodating. Other guests we talked to were very friendly, too. We were traveling with other family members and Fairfield made our stay easy and comfortable. I would stay again here. It's a nice hotel with a good value.
