This place was pretty nice. Room was clean and very spacious. I did not have any problem with my entrance/access code, you do need to read over all the check-in instructions carefully. A little tricky walking the area with the roadway next door (needed to walk up a block to get around). Super close to the subway station.

Dec 22, 2024 · Kathie DubinDo not stay here. This place was not cleaned, had safety alarms removed, clearly needed maintenance attention, and had an overwhelming gas smell that caused us to get sick. Added photos to show what the room looked like when we arrived. The listing photos did not accurately depict the room we were going to stay in. We ended up not staying here because of the smell. Air B&B responded well to our concerns not only to get us a full refund, but helped find us a new hotel. I would say the only thing that went well was check in. Instructions were accurate.
Jan 12, 2025 · Ali GThe worst stay and hotel in nyc. Is supposed to be a smoke free hotel my room smell weed super bad smell. Late night support try to find me another room to stay couldnt find one. Ask me To stay until the morning. I try but I couldn’t that weed smell was killing. I noticed 1 smoke detector was cover. The other 2. You can see they were cover before. I left the hotel and book new reservations else where. In the morning 02/17/25 I reached out the the hotel for credit or refund. Still no email phone call or response.
Feb 21, 2025 · Anthony RomeInitially there was really bad communication when you book with expedia, Upon arrival our code was incorrect so we had to call to get a new code, we called for a late check out two days prior but got denied the late checkout The front desk people do no help anyone who books with expedia! Customer service on the phone told us false information, that the front desk would hold our bags the last day and the front desk again was terrible and said no we do not do that. The neighbors above us throw trash and joints off their balcony onto ours ! Honestly a freezing room, you have to keep the heat on 78 constantly ! All in all, not the best experience whatsoever and the word “Luxury” should be taken out of their name
Dec 28, 2024 · A TMy reservation was mysteriously canceled 12 hours before my check in date after coming from across the country. I then had to find a new hotel last minute in NYC which obviously wasn’t fun.. I am now going on day 6 of no refund ($600) as they need to “review my refund request” for whatever reason. Save yourself the headache and book a regular hotel.
