My partner and I stayed the 19th-20th The staff was very accommodating and super nice, considering my partner and I checked out an hour later no extra costs, and had a smoking room no extra costs. Special thanks to “wush” I forgot got how to spell it, for being understanding and patient! Thanks again guys!

Don’t expect a luxury experience. If you don’t want a smoking room, they will give you a non-smoking room, just call ahead prior to booking to confirm availability. Any amenity in the listing not in your room when you arrive can be brought up by the front desk. This was a great value, thanks to the staff. Fernanda was awesome.

I am sad to say that I’ve been Defrauded I go in to this establishment making a booking for accidents happen I get booked for the wrong day they grant me my first cancellation then the second time they refuse stating that the only way to get a refund was to pay in cash and get a correction on the now two incorrect bookings, so I make a deal with the devil’s advocate I pay cash $ at an inflated price then I get the booking cancelled (second on incorrect date) so I do the cash and mind you I trust that our agreement is done but to my surprise it was not at all they never cancelled the second booking and charged me cash. Then they wait till I’m back in Illinois to say we aren’t holding up to our end. I’m reporting this to the city first I’m going to FOIA that footage and phone call then I’m filing suit against them sure this will get attention

Fernanda was of great assistance during my touch time! She was able to help me out and accommodate my needs through my stay! I would recommend this hotel again. It is quiet, convenient and the staff and friendly!

Rooms were clean but every single one smelled like cigarettes, even though they say it’s a non smoking hotel. We changed rooms and both on different floors were the same. Walls are thing and there was definitely some prostitution going on in the room next to ours, the sounds did not stop all night. Front desk service was outrageously terrible. The guy barely spoke a word, nor did he want to be part of any conversation. The main light in our room was permanently on and we found no switch to turn it off (tried them all). Legit had to sleep with light on both nights bcos the dude at reception couldn’t be bothered. Sort of a shady area based on the parking area (clear signs of homeless ppl) but it was nice not to have to pay for parking. Otherwise well located as it’s not not a 3 min walk to subway which is a quick connect to manhattan. Wouldn’t go back again for the aforementioned reasons, which is too bad as location and price ratio are otherwise good.
