Pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts etc. Many clubs and groups. Monthly HOA fee is reasonable. Excellent place to spend the winter. There may be units to rent. Contact unit owner directly. The Realty office there has a list of properties for sale. They MAY have a list of rentals available. Book well in advance! Checked 23 Nov. 2024
Nov 23, 2024 · Steven PittsLoved the HUGE swimming pool, and was even fortunate enough to lounge in their heated spa pool.. As it's a 55+community, no children were present so we had a lovely time swimming and relaxing.. Many clubs and activities to keep me feeling young, and active.. Year round resident, or winter visitor, both are treated with respect, and have many friends...I was able to work out in a great weight room, and was able to wash and dry my clothes in the on site Laundromat.. Protected by on duty guards who screen every vehicle entering thru the front gate.. Great place afforded me great times.. Front office staff was very helpful, and they even have a post office that saved me from having to chase mail every day.. Managed by one of my favorite park persons, Kay Kitchens, who is very familiar with most residents and was akin to a concierge at a major hotel.. Knowing great places to dine out, or just go for entertainment.. All in all a beautiful park, filled with wonderful people!!

Oct 24, 2023 · John CrosbyGreat 55+ community. 6 very nice pickleball courts, great tennis courts and lots of other amenities. Dogs are not allowed anywhere in the park except the dog park or your backyard. Convenient access to Fry's, fresh veggie/fruit market right next door.
