This is an older hotel that could use a brightening paint job inside, but I gave it 5 stars because it’s a great buy for the money - room, breakfast, pool, and location next to a mall, were really great compared to other hotels nearby. Also, front staff was very helpful and pleasant. It was perfect as we were exploring the area and not in the hotel all day. Joining Best Western rewards online got me a reduced rate as well. I’ve stayed there twice in the past two weeks due to it being economical and entirely sufficient. Will stay again.

Jun 13, 2025 · Kim SagendorfJune 8, 2025. Two credit card machines available but none works, They had to manually entered my card information. There computer freezes twice during process. We got the key, went to our room, found out that the room cleaning service just started. We had to wait another 30 minutes. Got the room at 3:50 Checkin time was 3:00pm. My old mother in-law ( she is handicapped) needed to use restroom, runaround, finally someone helped her to take to restroom. I never got this type of horrible experience in my life. I am sure they will not extend my checkout time. Could not find manager, I asked another person to see manager, I was told she is not here. He flat told me they will not extend my checkout time.
Jun 09, 2025 · JP.G PatelStay wasn’t bad at all, but the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. My daughter had left her headphones at the hotel and tried to be mature and call to get them back. We stayed there in March, i shipped the label, and she called twice a week to get ahold of the manager and they said they had the headphones every single time. The manager was the only one to check the mail, And the manager was never in. She finally got a hold of her end of May And the manager said she had heard nothing about it, that the employees didn’t tell her anything and the headphones were gone But that she’d look out for them and call back in a couple of days. Well, my daughter called back and asked for the manager She was extremely rude, Said she knew nothing about the headphones never asked for Names, numbers, our room number, or a description of the headphones. She yelled at my daughter for losing them and claimed she never got a shipping label even though I have the confirmation text that it was shipped and the email. She was extremely mean And literally made my daughter cry because she was so rude. My daughter is 13. She hung up the phone aggressively, and I’m assuming my daughter is never getting her 250 dollar headphones back.
Jun 17, 2025 · dianabell polkOverall everything was just ok. The front desk staff were more occupied with their phones than interested in helping. We called down as our coffee maker wasn’t working and I went down about 20 min later and they had forgotten all about it. Breakfast was ok room was clean and pool was heated just enough to make it not too cold. Have definitely had much better service elsewhere.
Apr 04, 2025 · Owen LennoxMy family stayed here for 4 nights over spring break. Our hotel stay cost about $1,300. The hotel also took out about $1,500 in unauthorized charges. We were forced to sleep in our car for two nights on the 25 hour drive home with 4 kids. All we got was “we refunded the transactions”. Those transactions weren’t back into our accounts for over a week. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with how they handled this. We are also going to contact the better business bureau.
