Overall a wonderful hotel. Stopped here late at night with our 2 kids, was greeted by Mimi at the front desk, she quickly got us a room and provided water for us. She checked in one we were unloaded to make sure everything was going well. Room was clean, there was more than enough pillows for all of us. Bed wasn't the softest but it was still comfortable! Biggest complaint I have is the parking was hard to find a spot that would fit our truck but we found one in the back of the lot eventually, and the bathtub wouldn't drain nicely and had a weird film in the tub. But otherwise everything was great!

I travel a lot and do not take this review lightly. I got attacked by BED BUGS in this hotel. I received over 100 bites all over my body. The hotel confirmed Bed Bugs were found in the room. The staff was completely untrained in how to handle this. I had to demand to speak to a manager multiple times before I was actually able to get her. ( She was not present at the hotel when it happened, was not contacted and not in yet when I went down the next morning. I had to make a special trip back to speak to her). If you know anything about bed bugs you know it is a whole process to try and ensure you do not bring them home. Not to mention the horrible welts and rash I got that lasted a 2 full weeks that were on my face, neck, shoulders, hands, arms and legs. To date I have not received reimbursement for my costs and was referred to their insurance company. I have received permanent scaring from these horrific bites. This has been a long and terrible experience that I would never want to live through again.

I went there for a short overnight stay. There were two large student group. I had very little noise issues, but breakfast was another issue. I came in about 15 minutes after they left and it looked like locus had hit the place. I made 2 requests to have the waffle mix refilled and it was not. I asked for fruit, but none was added. Instead the only person on duty clean all 20 tables and took out the trash. It felt like the manager or a housekeeper could have stepped in to help so that some food could be added in the 20 minutes that I waited. The rooms had comfortable beds. They did look a little bit warn. The showers have heat regulators on them so you get a lukewarm shower.

This hotel is PERFECT! Great staff service and location!!! But they have to correct their PET POLICY!!! Huge dogs are not meant for hotels! I’m an animal lover as well but we had a dog bark all evening on the seventh floor!! Plus I’m pretty sure they don’t realize the liability of these dogs being walked along side u in a hall. Post Covid we have gone dog crazy!! This is a great hotel space but I won’t be coming back if they can’t enforce the size limit on the animals. Or at least put them and their barking friends in one area!!

I travel a lot for work and for our sports team. I do the hotel bookings for our sports teams. We travel 1-2 times a month. This is the least team and customer friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived early day on day of arrival and were told rooms weren't ready. We came back from lunch and they said the same. There were maybe 5 other people waiting in the lobby waiting to check in. I had done online check in and got a notification my room was ready and went to front desk. She wouldn't issue me a hard key and said if I wanted to go to the room I had to use my digital. She told the other person in our group she still couldn't check in until 3pm (she had been there since 10am). At this point it was 15 minutes before 3pm. She waited until exactly 3 pm to check her and the other handful of people in to their rooms. This is ridiculous. NEVER in my years of travelling have I seen an un-busy hotel treat people like this. They used the excuse of people needing to check out, etc but in the time we were there we saw no one leaving. I understand they were planning to be busy but this was a level of poor service that is insane. It felt spiteful. The front desk person was super unfriendly the entire time we were there. We paid $159/night which is well above their usual rates. I asked after day one for our room to be cleaned and was told they only clean every other day. I said we have trash built up, shampoo and conditioner were empty, etc. Was told they could "freshen" up the room but wouldn't clean it. Folks, COVID is done and over not cleaning a room you pay for every day unless I request to not do so is ridiculous. We actually tried to be kind, cordial and commiserate to main/daytime front desk staff person but she was just rude and seems unhappy with life. While there we had to eat in the dark in the lobby multiple times. They said lights in the lobby area were on a timer and they couldn't override that. That is insane. When we came in in the evenings with our team of 12 players and 12+ parents were told they couldn't turn the lights on so we had to sit in the area and eat in the dark. They did this three times while we were there. Totally unnecessary. They advertise a roof top outdoor seating area, when I asked the front desk person said there was no future. It's March in Atlanta, no excuse not to have furniture out there. One day we ordered in lunch before we left to play and went to eat in the lobby at NOON as a group. We were told we had to leave the lobby area b/c they had to clean from breakfast. We ended up going to the rooftop area and moving the little furniture there to eat. The food/ breakfast staff were great, but front desk was NOT. Our final night there, we ordered food at 7pm. AGAIN the lights were off and they refused to turn them on. I've never ever encountered this. The excuse that they were on a timer is ludicrous. We asked at the front desk at one point for directions. They said they didn't know look it up on google. No effort to help. What? The rooms are fine and largely clean but the headboards in all of our rooms were gross. You can see where people's heads have worn down / away the design. Finally, we had two our of our group of 12 whose rooms were not livable. One was put into a room that had a massive busted out window. They had a new room to move them but they had to sleep there the first night. Another ended up checking out who said the room was foul smelling and unclean. So they moved to a different hotel late at night. The hotel was sold out according to the front desk, but the breakfast operators who were very kind ran out of food each day before the end of breakfast. They said they just didn't have enough. They knew full well how many guests were in the hotel. This is unsatisfactory. These are largely customer service issues that could be easy to resolve, but the person running the front desk is just an unhappy person and the hotel seems poorly managed if the notion is to be welcoming to customers. It makes me said because I'm a Hilton person.
