I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the accommodations during my recent stay at your property. As a guest at a Hilton-branded hotel, I had a reasonable expectation of cleanliness, professionalism, and service — none of which were met. Upon checking into my room, I immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant odor. Upon further inspection, I discovered that the bed had visible urine stains and an overpowering smell that had permeated the covers and pillows. This created an extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary sleeping environment. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was told there were no other rooms available. What I found particularly unacceptable was the lack of support or alternative solutions. I was not offered assistance in finding another hotel nearby, nor was there any initiative shown to make the situation right. The only option presented was for me to assist in moving a mattress from another room that had been blocked off due to a strong mold and musty odor. While the replacement mattress did not smell of urine, it was still unpleasant and clearly not a proper solution. I was also told to retrieve bedding from the same closed-off room, which smelled heavily of mold and mildew — not something any guest should be expected to deal with. To make matters worse, when I requested to speak with a manager in hopes of resolving the issue more appropriately, my request was refused. This experience was not only inconvenient but completely unacceptable. When booking a room at a Hilton property, I expect a standard of cleanliness and customer service that reflects the brand. This fell far below that standard.

The cost and availability of the rooms were reasonable. I didn’t realize how close the hotel was compared to the baseball park, The Battery, and an assortment of restaurants. The dining room was clean and easy to get through without running into people trying to get food. Would recommend booking here next time for another Atlanta trip.

Overall, a decent hotel for my family. Room was clean, but smelled damp. The full kitchen was nice, although the dishwasher didn't work and the kitchen sink had no hot water. We had dirty dishes so I notified the front desk, they apologized and said they would let maintenance know and I would not be charged. The bathroom is a Jack and Jill type, with a sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom that doesn't seal which was odd. I thought maybe it was supposed to be handicapped accessible, but the shower doors were very narrow. The shower water pressure was not great. The breakfast buffet had good choices. The potatoes were on a shelf and hard to get out, most of them falling onto the counter and wasted; it was the same configuration at another Home 2 that we stayed at, they must not mind wasting food. The pool was too cold for my son to enjoy.

I stayed at let's say we won't say but it was an extended stay. My body ended up with burns on it. I came here because I have a lawsuit I just need some peace and quiet. The Hilton is the best hotel in America. I would advise anyone who's looking for a hotel go to the Hilton first. I have an associate who is coming here.

For a quick stay, I had no complaints. The hotel was easily accessible and close to the highway and good eating options, the common areas were clean and spacious and the room was very clean and comfortable. I’d book again.
