60 stays at different Hilton properties over the last few years and I have now come across my first that chooses not to provide bottles of water to silver tier guests. That comes off as cheap (and seems like a terrible idea… I would think the good will is worth more than the under $0.30 bottle of water). Yes, it’s easy to get water separately, but after a day of travel it’s disappointing to find this simple expectation is. It provided. Additionally, the charging station next to the bed was broken.

On my seventh bicycle tour across America, with my kitty-cat, “Marilyn Monroad,” I spent day 116 at this Hampton Inn and it was one of the youngest properties by Hampton that I stayed at. The hot water works and the water pressure is great. Rooms are modern (due for an update with the smart tv’s) and service is excellent. If you are going to stop at a Hampton, stop at this one.

I stayed here on a mini vacation between surgeries. I have drive pets, after reviewing my bill later turns out they charged a pet fee. I stayed 6 nights, had no hot water the whole time, they did take me to another floor to shower one night to another room I had to walk across the hotel with my bath stuff. I asked About The T-Mobile rate because T-Mobile says it charges 15% less for them and the lady at the front told me you can only have one right they’re all the same but turns out they didn’t give me credit for it and it is quite a big difference in rates I researched the night I was there because I’m not angry right now the right for the six nights with T-Mobile should have been $937.80 which includes tax. The reg price with flex would have been $1101.01 that includes the tax also. The Hilton Honors price should have been $1061.20 with the tax included. What I paid was $1150.80 with the tax. That doesn’t even include the price to charge me for a pet fee which was $75 which they said they’re refunding but they have yet to do that! So even with the Honors price I was overcharged $89.30, if I paid their flex pay rate I was overcharged $49.79 I feel I should’ve been refunded the difference from the T-Mobile price because I would’ve known about Hilton Honors had T-Mobile not pointed it out to me so that’s why I got honors which I got ripped off for anyway cause it did nothing but overcharged me so if i would have used to T-Mobile rate I overpaid $213. That doesn’t even count for the inconvenience no hot water the whole day which I pointed out and then they tried to say I never said nothing but yet they tried to upgrade my suite my room to a suite on my second last night there why would they do that Free for no reason? Because they knew there was no hot water and I was already unhappy with my rates I’ve had multiple surgeries and I just got time to go through my bill and they’re making me angrier every time I call in there. They ripped me off they lied about rates, they went in my room as I told them not to and they charged me a pet fee that they said they don’t charge for now I’ve yet to see it come back they say they’re returning it this is twice they say they’re sending it back to me I’ll believe it when I see it. All in all I would not stay there ever again. They are rip offs room had some nice qualities about it not enough to make up for no hot water and a staff lying I don’t care if they were under management and an obligation to me to give me hot water. They said they couldn’t move my room because it was full that weekend for some kind of convention going on. Everybody wants to pass the buck nobody wants to do anything about anything yet they got my money but we’ll see one bad review equals a lot of not bad reviews to make it right so let me know how this one works out.

The staff were friendly and the location was nice. Breakfast was simple, but good and the hotel itself appeared clean and kept up with. The room had a smell though that appeared to come from the pipes, there was no hot water, and the bathroom door would not stay shut. If the plumbing situation could be figured out this hotel would be really great.
