My parents recently attempted to book a room at this hotel and it was frustrating to say the least. The receptionist was unable to get the system to work and after 45 min they were told to book online. After booking online the total price the receptionist told them it would cost did not match what the price was online. They brought this to the attention of the receptionist who was not able to help them, but was able to give them a receipt for the actual price of what it should be. They then contacted the general manager get the difference of price explained, but the manager continued to rudely explain that since they booked online there was nothing they could do. No apology or suggestion to help remediate the problem. They filed a complaint and have no received a response since. Disappointing interaction and will not be staying here again.

We had a very pleasant stay here; service was friendly and breakfast area was gleaming clean. Location is convenient to the highway as well as a handful of restaurants a short walk away (although we opted to drive just a little further for a smaller, family-run sort of meal.) Rooms are basic but very serviceable. Our bathroom floor was sticky, but it seemed like it was probably from cleaner—not some unknown mess from a previous guest. Will be staying here again.

This place looks like a nice place. Until you leave your room unattended and housekeeping literally steals your things from the room when you aren't there. Like I've never been more insulted and never been robbed at a hotel especially one that should be as prestigious as a Hampton. Like what kind of people do you have employed at a place that cost 200 a night and they are going to steal off you like your in the ghetto hotel at the end of town?? This is worst hotel experience in my 40 years of life and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that plans on staying and leaving anything in your room. It will disappear and the worse part is the staff acts like they don't even care or like your a liar. I am insulted and appalled by the staff at this hotel and I hope the corporate portion of the company comes in does some revamping and rehiring because the people in charge are useless! Icing on the cake is we left a 10 dollar tip and asked them to refill our shampoo etc and few makeup packs and didn't even do the basic things they r supposed to for the room. They sure took the ten dollars and robbed us for at least 50 more dollars worth of items!

Sydney is amazing as usual. She is the most professional and courteous staff member in your hotel. Sydney is conscientious and kind. She provides excellent customer service with a smile. Her calm and collected demeanor proves that she should be promoted to shift manager asap. The Hampton Inn, Bridgeville should be known as the best in Pennsylvania!
