Came here for 3 year anniversary with my hubby and everything was great. The hospitality by all of the staff was exceptional. At check-in we were provided warm chocolate chip cookies (my favorite) . I love how they came out of a warm drawer at front desk. I appreciate that every hotel employee greeted you or wish a good day . ( it the little things for me) Also they have Starbucks coffee, breakfast buffet (with a omelet station) pizza, sandwiches etc . The marketplace has plenty snacks and drinks . Our favorite was the ready to-go cocktail drinks (just pour over ice) . Our A/c was top notch. The water in the shower was nice and hot. The mattress and pillows were dreamy and comfortable. Would I come back? Yes I would . Thank you Green Tree!

I booked a king bed accessible room in advance online. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk informed me they failed to plan appropriately and did not have the room I had reserved. I was told the only available option was a two queen bed room that was not accessible. It was late, and I didn’t have much choice, so I took it. When I finally got to the room, which was located very far from the lobby, I was shocked by the condition it was in. One bed had large wet spots and unknown stains, and the other bed clearly had fecal matter on the sheets. I went back to the front desk to explain the situation. They were apologetic and switched me to another non-accessible queen bed room. They gave me a coupon for a free breakfast, which I appreciated, though I was unable to use it because I had to leave early the next morning. The second room was somewhat better, but still disappointing. There were crumbs and dirt on the desk chair and food on the floor. The sheets were clean, so I stayed, as I didn’t want to make another trip back to the lobby or risk being placed in another room with similar problems. I informed the front desk about the issues, and they offered to send housekeeping, but it was late and I had an early morning, so I declined. This hotel looked fairly nice online, but the condition of the rooms shows a serious lack of standards. This is unacceptable and not what I expect from Hilton hotels. One mistake with a room is an inconvenience. Two rooms in a row with major cleanliness issues points to poor management and a failure to properly operate a hotel. I travel often for work and stay in hotels several times a month. I never complain, but this situation was unacceptable. I want to commend the front desk staff for being kind, professional, and doing what they could to fix the situation. That said, I will not be staying at this property again.

Woke up at 4:30am no hot water in my room went down to the front desk to address the issue while on my way down I noticed another $230 charge on my credit card! Front desk man “Abel” hardly speaks English and no manger and no maintenance on site until 7am and no rooms for him to change my room! So I’m going back down to speak with the manager now that it’s after 7am and we are going to see what the outcome is going to be now! ****Update**** I have to say that I appreciate the resolution and the care that was put into resolving my issues and making things right Jessica is absolutely wonderful she puts the true meaning of genuine “CUSTOMER CARE” at its best! I want to say thank you again for your professionalism, patience, understanding and poise into turning the situation into a pleasant stay!

Went to a Penguins and Pirates game in the city recently. This hotel was so nice and the staff is amazing! Only gave a 4/5 stars for the room because the shower heat was not consistent and our shower water backed up a bit. Nothing too crazy. I left a jersey behind in the closet by accident. They shipped it back to me within 2 days of my mistake. Thank you so much! I will definitely be back.

Very good, comfortable hotel at an affordable price. Not a fan of the parking lot, the upper lot by tower three seems a little sketchy so next time I will request to avoid tower 3. Also rented a conference room for a business meeting here and we were well taken care of with the appropriate tech. Staff was accommodating and friendly.
