Positive….Overall very clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Shower water pressure was outstanding. We had a city view room. The view was beautiful. Negative…….shampoo, conditioner and body soap have a very manly smell. They are a bit woodsy for a woman. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The food left a lot to be desired. The breakfast buffet was definitely not worth the $22 a plate. The selection was minimal for the breakfast buffet. For dinner me and my husband both had Reuben sandwich. The bread was more on the order of a slice of wheat bread. It was very greasy. The coleslaw was a mix of cabbage and mayonnaise. It was absolutely flavorless. My husband had Calamari as an appetizer. He said was was very greasy and mostly breading. Upon returning home we looked through our itemized hotel receipt. We were charged $34 per day to park in the hotel parking lot. Where did they actually expect us to park??? With all that being said, it is a nice place for the price.

Apr 27, 2025 · Julie ChiodiThe view was amazing from our room on the 8th floor! Staff were so friendly at front desk and at the restaurant. You get high quality service. The food was amazing at “The Factory”. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. I also used the gym and it was well equipped and very clean. The rooms are clean and the beds are so comfortable. This is my 3rd time staying here for work in 2 years and the quality is always great. Will definitely stay again.
Mar 26, 2025 · Bade Darbaz TaymazWe stayed for a whole week in April for a conference. Great location, friendly staff. Amazing view of the confluence of allegheny, Monongahela, and Ohio Rivers. At night the skyline was incredible. Would stay again. Our housekeeping lady was AWESOME, I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. I was disappointed they didn’t have elite breakfast in the lounge, but credit towards the restaurant was nice. ProTip- Parking on the side of the building is way better than messing with the garage.
May 10, 2025 · JL JohnsonThe rooms were clean and incredibly nice. The gift shop was WAY over priced. We paid $15 for two large bottles of water. But there was a gas station down the road that we could buy snacks and drinks at. The staff was so friendly and so sweet. We had a view with a partial view of the river and could see the city and bridges. It was a great weekend. We definitely enjoyed ourselves.
Mar 09, 2025 · Amberlynn EnosSo surprised at this old old hotel has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! Usually restaurants that are associated with hotels only have adequate food. Obviously they know that there's not a whole lot around them so they don't have a lot of competition. Not so much with this. Hotel. Had dinner there and was exceptionally impressed! The food was exceptional and the service was excellent! Bravo Sheraton! You continue to surprise....and surpass all expectations. Thank you for a wonderful, wonderful stay.
