I just wanted to write a good review for the front desk employee Debbie. I've stayed here many, many times, and almost every single time that I have stayed here, she is here working and is always the utmost helpful and kind. My most recent stay, I've had to extend my nights, two different times because of weather and other circumstances, and she has helped me out every single time, no hesitation, and is always extremely positive, helpful and kind. Everytime I see her here, she is always moving, working, doing laundry, cleaning, setting up all the breakfast in the morning, etc. I don't want her work to go unnoticed, you have an amazing employee and she deserves to be recognized for that.

Regarding customer service, a review highlights the exceptional dedication of an employee named Debbie. This feedback suggests that the hotel has staff members who are highly committed to guest satisfaction, going above and beyond to assist with extensions and provide a positive and helpful demeanor. Such a positive interaction can significantly enhance a guest's experience, especially during unexpected circumstances like weather-related delays.
However, it is important to provide an objective view by also acknowledging other customer feedback. One review expressed significant dissatisfaction, citing issues such as room cleanliness, noise from other guests, thin walls, an unpleasant building smell, and perceived rudeness from some staff members. Concerns were also raised about the security of a side entrance and the absence of traditional room service. This particular guest's experience contrasts sharply with the positive feedback and suggests that the overall experience can vary. The mention of other "customers" seemingly living at the hotel and the general atmosphere contributed to a negative impression for this guest, who had a notably difficult time getting uninterrupted sleep.
While specific, real-time promotional offers are best obtained directly from the hotel's website or by contacting them, Extended Stay America frequently offers various deals to attract long-term guests. These can include:

May 13, 2025 · Christina FerraraI cannot recommend this place. Room was very dirty. Other "customers" (it seems like employees live here?) are loud and the walls are extremely thin. You can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. Whole building smells weird, like someone is smoking something. Staff are nice enough, couple of them were rude/unhelpful. I'm not a light sleeper but I've had maybe 2 nights of good/uninterrupted sleep in the past 2 weeks. I really wish I hadn't paid a month up front. Side entrance is busted, so they have a rock there to stop the door from shutting, so anyone can just walk in. Room service is apparently not a thing. Just don't stay here if you can help it. I've stayed at other extended stays and this is the worst one by far.

She is friendly and accommodating When she works evenings there is no nonsense Chantel does a good job on front desk in the evenings Patty does a good job on front desk on days/evenings. Unfortunately she is leaving Hate to see her go
May 14, 2025 · Gerry WhiteAs someone who has stayed here more out of necessity than by choice, overall the staff is very friendly. However, the fact that individuals who stay long term get substandard housekeeping services versus those who stay a single night is definitely the main reason for this negative review.
May 14, 2025 · Daniel MrockBeen staying here a couple months now and at first site I was really impressed, especially cuz of the price!! However we are noticing that there's a lot of rif raf around.. The police sit and watch the hotel regularly and they also regularly circle the parking lot!! There's always people outside smoking and it makes the place look like it's subsidized housing . Def not a gd look!! Some of their regulars are very rude to other customers, paying customers!! Some of us work everyday and have to deal with neighbors partying all night long!!! We are in a desperate situation or we would just go somewhere else but unfortunately we are stuck for at least another month . I'm just posting to say if ur thinking of staying here, if it's for work, don't do it, u won't sleep!! But if ur looking for cheap rates, it's the best around!! I could go on and on about the things wrong here but I'm just really irritated with not sleeping when I gotta work in the morning...
