I booked two rooms. To be conjoining rooms. Literally the reason I chose this hotel over the one next door... upon arrival i was told that room is no longer available. I asked if we waited to check in if a conjoining room would be available.. I was told no. VERY DISAPPOINTED. When traveling with children. Usually we choose IHG hotels and we will be continuing to do so. The staff was less than helpful. The least they could have done was offer the room for a few extra hours or something. Despicable really . Won't ever stay Hilton brand again . This whole situation has been extremely stressful having my nanny not even near for my children.

May 04, 2025 · Cassie DIf I could leave this hotel 2 zeros, I would. We reserved months ago. were supposed to have conjoining rooms that didn't happen. Then no email was sent to confirm that the hotel was booked for the conjoining rooms Which is BS we should have had what we booked months ago. I was supposed to help my daughter with her children hence the adjoining rooms. Hampton is usually the place i stay but this location... never again There was not even a half and roll of toilet paper and no extra roll and the tissues had 4 left with no spare box WTH us wrong with this location we were treated terrible at check in also. 😔 😢
May 04, 2025 · AnnetteWe stayed at this Hotel from 2/6 to 2/10. On on of the second night of our stay I woke up and had several bites on my arms and back from an unknown source. I immediately made the hotel staff aware of this. In response, the housekeeping manager, Christine checked the room and stated that she did not locate anything that could be responsible for the bites and offered an apology but stated that there was nothing that could be done. It was not until I requested a room change that this was done. The hotel offered nothing for compensation for this incident. After a few days I filed a complaint with Hilton which went unaddressed until I called for a status check. At that time the customer service reps stated that the hotel management reviewed the complaint and chose to do nothing since the booking was done through a third party (SW airlines as a package deal), even though this is probably more common then not in this day and age. In my opinion, this is not good business practice and I would choose one of the many other options in the area. I am a frequent patron of Hilton Properties, but I think that I will now use other options. An option who values their customers.

People don't pay attention to their surroundings nor do they give detailed reviews to justify their rating which means they don't really care to take the time & actually give effort to make this world a better place. The world will not change one iota without extreme considerations of courage! ○ FD (front desk) gal 9.16.23 , 5:16pm - very rude They don't care Abt their chairs, toilet on top of door. No space!!! Will NEVER return. They have no sense of what it means to have a decent space to BE IN (See descriptive pictures) ○ It's time to realize inanimate objects don't hurt others by themselves. We must place the highest level of effort into mental health because this is what makes a body whole. You can't have peace without guns for protection in case someone wants to go batshit crazy (just like you can't know happiness w.o also knowing sadness & can't have good w.o having bad)!
