I recently stayed at the Hampton and had a truly great experience! First and foremost, I want to give a huge shoutout to Amy at the front desk. She was absolutely fantastic—super energetic, hardworking, and always ready to help with anything. It's rare to come across someone so committed to making guests feel welcome and taken care of. Amy is truly an outstanding team member and a big part of what made my stay so enjoyable. Even though the hotel is currently undergoing some remodeling, I was genuinely impressed with how smoothly everything is running. The operations haven’t missed a beat, and the entire property remains very clean and well organized. My room looked freshly renovated—modern, spotless, and really comfortable. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows. Overall, I’m very happy I chose to stay at this location. The service, cleanliness, and staff—especially Amy—really made the difference. I’ll definitely be back!

Also has brown bag breakfast in the morning, chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon. Didnt use the pool or gym but both looked well taken care of. Can be difficult in the mornings to exit into the street if taking a left turn.
Apr 02, 2025 · Abi L**Review for Hampton Inn, Pittsburgh, PA** I recently had the displeasure of staying at the Hampton Inn in Pittsburgh, and I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory. While the front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and pleasant to interact with, this positive aspect did little to compensate for the numerous shortcomings of the hotel itself. The facility is notably outdated, giving it a neglected appearance that detracts from any sense of comfort. The parking lot left much to be desired; it was filthy and unkempt, which set a poor tone upon arrival. Once inside my room, I was greeted by an overwhelming odor—likely a result of heavily applied carpet deodorizers—that burned my nostrils and made it difficult to relax. Furthermore, I encountered several maintenance issues during my stay. The shower drain was clogged, leading to standing water while bathing. To add insult to injury, I found hair on the shower wall upon arrival and discovered that the shampoo provided was empty. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell of smoke lingering in the room that further compounded my discomfort. Given these grievances, if I were to rate my stay on a scale from 1 to 10—with 10 being exceptional—I would regrettably assign a score of 1 solely due to the friendliness of the front desk staff. As someone who frequently travels and exclusively stays at Hilton properties, I can confidently say that I will never return to this particular location again. I sincerely hope management addresses these numerous issues for future guests; otherwise, they risk losing more patrons like myself who expect better from their accommodations.
Feb 03, 2025 · James SquaresExtremely disappointed in the staff Sherry denied a refund for my hotel room when we couldn’t stay there so to them not having power so we are out $200 and a hotel stay…I am telling everyone I know about this and calling better business bureau. My kids were excited to swim there and I have never had a problem with this hotel chain however never again.

I happened to be working in the business center during their team meeting and observed kindness between the employees, which led to much work completed throughout the day. The gentlemen in this photo swept the elevator floors with a broom, vacuumed the halls, and mopped the lobby. The check-in worker was courteous and tried to accommodate each person's request. Rooms were clean and tidy. Probably 7 people working here today. Pool clean. Fitness center clean.
