Had a great 5 night stay here. The suites are very spacious, comfortable beds, nice mini kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, great desk space for remote working. The complementary breakfast is simply amazing. Make your own waffles, yogurts, oatmeal, eggs and bacon, delicious coffee. When you calculate a longer trip and think about the cost of dining out, this buffet breakfast seriously makes the nightly price a bargain. Speaking of bargains - definitely look directly on the Springhill website for cheaper rates on longer stays. The staff was friendly and helpful, made us feel at home. We ran out of time to try the pool but we will definitely be back!

Spent a night here and had a great experience with the staff. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some upgrades, but they were very clean. The staff were truly amazing. I recently fell and broke my leg, and they were excellent at providing me accommodations and communicating with me about my needs.

The service was great…very friendly staff. The rooms are so 1970’s and seriously need to be updated. The surrounding area is not highly desirable and the roads around the area are a travesty. The TV is in an awkward place, the bed was ok, but the entire layout was very bad. Sorry, but I cannot recommend.

I can’t really express how horrified I am by my experience at this hotel. Before coming, I read reviews about different types of bugs so I called the general manager, Molly. She assured me that my room would be fully inspected and clean for my arrival. The next day, I had some bites on me. Then I noticed a lady beetle – bugs that bite – and a stink bug by the AC system. Then a live stink bug crawled on my bed. The front desk supervisor was incredibly nice and offered to switch rooms or have Maintenance check it or refund. Maintenance came and checked my bed and there was nothing more so I thought ok, I’ll be all right for a night. Then two nights later I noticed more bites on me. I see a pile of dead stink bugs in the window. A window that I had to open because there were dead stink bugs clutching to the grill of the AC system. A window that was broken when opening. Which is dangerous. My allergies and sinuses have been bothering me the entire time I had been there - this was why. The night auditor who was on at the time this happened was incredibly nice and offered to switch me to another room. That room also was infested and had stink bugs attached to the AC systems grill and a lady beetle right next to the bed. This is an issue that this hotel is a very aware of. There are multiple complaints and reviews about these issues. The night manager said that she would have the manager call me in the morning and they will get it squared away and refund me or help me in anyway they could. She was incredibly kind and apologetic. So then the next morning I thought things would be squared away. I spoke to Constance who was the on duty manager. I also emailed Molly the general manager photos of everything, and a detailed rundown of what happened. Molly “wasn’t going to talk to me on a Sunday.” I was then yelled at by Constance, who rolled her eyes, laughed, threatened police, told me “well they were dead, weren’t they? “And “it’s summer…” It’s March. Meaning it’s just perfectly normal to have that many bugs in a room. In addition, there was black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Even when I walked downstairs with the night manager, there were black beetles crawling on the floor. This hotel is infested. This property needs to be gutted and renovated. To charge $200 a night is completely crazy. This made me physically ill. I had to see a doctor, and to add insult to injury an employee threaten it me instead of trying to make things right is unacceptable. The multiple reviews Speak for themselves. There’s so many bad reviews about bugs at this hotel and cleanliness. I am shocked that this is the outcome. Because the manager didn’t do anything, I’m taking measures such as calling the health department and an organization that oversees the safety inhabit ability of hotels in the area. I’m also finally Complaint with Bonvoy. It is very unfortunate that the manager wasn’t just apologetic and offered me something to help rectify this. Even if it was just switching me into a room that wasn’t infested.

The staff has been extremely polite and attentive. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and this was my first time staying here. Christina offered to sign me up for the Bonvoy membership and explained it wonderfully. The bfast is AMAZING, with a great variety of items to choose from. All around a very clean hotel with the best staff. Thank you all for such a great experience. 🤗
