Jul 20, 2024 路 Jessica HarshbargerOverall nice place near Penn State. Rooms were clean and spacious but our room had a funky smell. I went across the street to Cracker Barrel and bought a scented candle. That took care of it. Not sure about the hotel breakfast we did not eat there, but probably better than our breakfast at cracker barrel. We would stay there again.
Aug 21, 2024 路 Anthony RivieraThis is one of the best Hampton Inns that I've stayed at. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The breakfast was well prepared and the breakfast area was clean. The rooms were clean and well stocked with supplies.
Oct 04, 2024 路 Kristin VathNicely updated hotel. It would have been nice to have the digital key, digital climate control in the room and a scale in the gym. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is outside and closed for the winter. Free breakfast is good. They have some non pork breakfast meats for those that need those options.
Dec 14, 2023 路 Esla ReevesMy room had plenty of open space, was clean, and had a comfortable bed. On the first day the shower needed a good 5 minutes to pull hot water. I thought it was odd that there was no clock in the room. I was pleasantly surprised that I did not get stuffy from the dry heat of the HVAC, which happens often to me in the Winter. The breakfast menu changes daily, and is posted at the front desk. It is conveniently located next to a few restaurants and very close to Sheetz and a shopping center. It's about a 10 minute drive to downtown.
