I鈥檓 extremely disappointed and heartbroken for one of my best friend鈥檚 daughter and her new husband, who stayed here the night of their wedding. The next morning, they checked out just a little early, and as they were heading down the stairs, they realized they had accidentally left their mini wedding cake鈥攖heir keepsake鈥攊n the room. They immediately informed the front desk and asked to go back up and grab it. When they got up there, housekeeping had already thrown it away鈥攍ess than 30 minutes after checkout. No empathy. No apology. Just a cold response blaming them for forgetting it. Housekeeping claimed they didn鈥檛 know where it went or what happened to it. How do you not know what you did with something that was just in the room moments ago? Honestly, it sounds suspicious. And if the room was cleaned that quickly, it really makes you wonder how thoroughly these rooms are actually being cleaned. They weren鈥檛 even allowed to go back up and check for themselves鈥攋ust dismissed without a second thought. Yes, they forgot it for a moment, but they remembered quickly and tried to recover it. The situation could have and should have been handled with basic compassion and understanding. This was a special, irreplaceable item from their wedding. Instead of helping, the staff showed zero care or empathy. After reading more Google reviews, it鈥檚 clear this isn鈥檛 an isolated incident. The staff here are consistently rude, dismissive, and lack any real sense of hospitality. I would never recommend this place.

My room was great and very comfortable. To my 180,000 viewers I recommend this hotel to the full extent. Customer service at the desk was number one. The breakfasts with buffet style food and also the order to eat was amazing. The staff are well groomed and trained to make customer satisfaction A1 and being a traveler I appreciate it. I will be back to this location soon hopefully!!

Location was 5 minutes from where I needed to go while in the area. The rooms were very clean and the bed slept good. The staff at the desk were all welcoming and friendly. Will be staying here from now on when I have to visit this area for business.

We recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn and I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible service we received. Upon our departure, my son accidentally left his beloved Elf on the Shelf in the room. We didn鈥檛 realize it until we arrived back home in Miami the next day. I called the hotel, hoping someone had found it, and that鈥檚 when Sandra, a wonderful employee, came to the rescue. She told us she had found the elf and assured us that she would make sure we got it back. Sandra was so kind, empathetic, and helpful throughout the process. She truly went above and beyond to help us. Thanks to Sandra鈥檚 amazing effort, my son will be thrilled to have his elf back. It鈥檚 rare to find such dedicated and caring service these days.
