I want to share my honest experience—this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was shocked by the overall condition of the property. The carpets were filthy to the point where I was uncomfortable walking on them. The room had an unpleasant odor, and the bathtub was in unacceptable condition. The bed sheets had holes, and the blanket appeared old and unclean. The lobby seating area was also in poor shape, looking dirty and neglected. I was so uncomfortable that I chose to sleep in my car rather than spend the night in the room. Had it not been for a work meeting taking place at this location, I would have driven the four hours back to Virginia. It’s disheartening that the general manager or ownership allows the hotel to remain in such a state. A certain level of cleanliness and hospitality should be standard—especially for paying guests. For those considering staying here, I strongly advise against it. I truly wish there were a way to share the photos I took to fully illustrate the condition of this property.

May 21, 2025 · SThe employees are super nice and helpful at the front desk. The room was neat and spacious. My biggest issue is that someone was smoking weed. To the point where it got to it our room and I could literally taste it as I was talking, eventually it gave us all a contact high while in our room. When going out in the hallway, the smell was 3 times stronger. Very inconsiderate since the rooms are said to be no smoking. The Tv being very old and washed out in image quality. We could not use the HDMI for the tv at all and had to bring our own TV as silly as that sounds. Also the beds were not very luxurious comfort wise, they can hold 2 people but it'll be a tight fit if you are a bigger person. It's nice that this hotel is next to the mall. Our room was very spacious. The window shade remote was missing from the room
Mar 16, 2025 · Yogurt YoWe booked a two night stay here at this hotel. It had a great breakfast and a great restaurant to eat at at night. My complaint was we purchased a snack package at this hotel and paid for it. The first night we showed up there were snacks And then the next day when I had meetings, I expected snacks to be restocked in my room which it said it would be. Was it? No, there was no snacks at all. The room is basic nothing really flamboyant about other than a great shower pressure. If you pay for something, you should get it!
Jun 01, 2025 · Tim CuneioBooked here because they had an indoor pool - not functional when we got there and while people used it the next day, we’d been advised at the desk that they didn’t have anyone who knew how to sanitize it properly. Granddaughter who visited with us was SO disappointed we couldn’t get around that. Beds super tight to the wall. Tub SO slippery we were lucky we didn’t fall. Bathroom water never got more than warm!! Good - staff member at breakfast was excellent on 4/16.
Apr 17, 2025 · Georgia L. HarrisI was sent here on a business trip and with many hotels to choose from , I chose this one because it was the closest to my training facility. First the positive, the location is convenient with a lot of restaurants and stores within a few minutes of driving. It has a good sized parking lot which is free. The morning breakfast is not free but the women helping serve and cook were the nicest I dealt with. Now for the negative. I don’t even have a problem with it being outdated (which it is) however filthy is where I draw the line. From the moment I arrived just walking the hallways the place smells of weed. I didn’t get the room I picked ahead of time and paid extra for on an upper floor with a king suite because I was told it was under construction. I was then put in a double queen suite on floor 4. The room was probably the worst hotel room I have ever seen. It was extremely filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained, with a nice hole in the wall, dirty sheets, filthy floors, candy on the floor and mold in some places as shown in the photos. I went to complain and they said they could send someone tomorrow to clean , in the meantime I asked for new sheets and remade the bed myself. Someone did come by and clearly vacuumed while I was out the next day but that’s about it. Other than an apology , nothing was done or compensated and they didn’t seem to care. I honestly should have left and gone somewhere else . Next time I come back for work I will clearly stay elsewhere . Hilton should take a look into this hotel and be embarrassed it’s under their brand. I should have listened to others saying similar in their reviews.
