Mar 19, 2025 · LeeAnn Concepcion-StaggsThe customer service was amazing. The gentleman who checked me in, was very efficient on point and have my keys ready when I arrived the gentleman who was there in the morning when I was checking out was equally as fantastic. I appreciated both of them. Breakfast was a surprise fairly decent Appreciated that as well. But I can’t say enough how much the customer service made this day feel so amazing that’s good. Want the property had a few things that were of issue maybe a little refresh on some things, but it didn’t matter because the service was great.
Apr 01, 2025 · Alexander BrianI stayed here recently to recover from surgery to ensure I could manage my pain on my own. My stay started before my arrival when I received a call to inquire about room request. The young man Nick wanted to ensure what they had available would fit my needs, and it did. I even got the pillows I requested and that was a Plus. The location was great, staff wonderful and although the rooms were a little older, my room was clean. The young man that assisted me during check out (Not Nick) was extremely friendly and helpful. Residence Inn was just what I needed when I needed it
Apr 16, 2025 · kim alstonOne of the worst rooms ever in 35 years. In-room HVAC loud as hell three feet from the foot of the bed. Which by the way barely keeps the room cool enough running full time, on a cold early April day. Windows that don't open which would have provided better cooling than this crappy system. A bed that's not comfortable. Not to mention a room that stinks 🦨 of cigarettes, my God! So strong it's acrid odor make my nose hurt. Then on top of everything we start to take a shower in the morning and it turns out there's no shampoo and no soap in the room! Worst experience.
Apr 07, 2025 · Robert BuckThis place is a disaster. I stayed here 2 weeks. It was a total feat to get my sheets changed. First i made an appointment at the desk and after a week they said it would be 3 days before house keeping would be able to clean my room………then after a 3 day appointment (day 8) they never showed up. So i made another appointment. Nope didn’t show up again. I don’t live like a pig at home and i don’t stay at a marriott brand to live like one on the road. Its disgusting. Soooo 3rd try i finally had house keeping come by. But 2 days before i was leaving. Then they left me with no clean towels..no soap.. no trash bags. The girl at the desk said i will try and get you some bonus point. You know what i got? No clean sheets or points😆🙄Place is a disaster. I am working here for the rest of the year. I moved to a Hilton hotel nearby and couldn’t be happier.
