Super clean, and the room was exactly as pictured online. I am big on smells and the entire hotel was pleasant and fresh. I would definitely stay here again. The cleaning staff deserves all the credit for the lovely stay that I had. I also want to say that the breakfast was actually pretty good, and had lots of variety, and I normally hate hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly and I did not have any issues with check in or check out.

The staff were great and very helpful but with the way the hotel business is you know the beancounters in Corporate are the ones with the real power and make the decisions about everything. If you need to keep food or medicine (since Johns Hopkins is not far away) cool, do NOT stay at this hotel. Otherwise, the hotel is quite acceptable. Details below. The refrigerators basically do not cool down to what you expect a regular fridge to do. It may be around 55 to 60 degrees at best. Your food and medicine will spoil. It has a dial for temperature control but it is behind the appliance and you have to pull it all the way out to access it. Even set at maximum cool, it is pathetic. I asked for another room for my second night and they gave me access to one and the refrigerator was just the same - no bueno. I asked a cleaning staff that was working on another room if I could take a look at the fridge and it was the same. They are all hardly effective at keeping bacteria from multiplying in your food. Corporate decided on these hugely energy saving refrigerators for their rooms and they hardly actually keep things cool. Running back and forth to get bags of ice from the ice machine on another floor is not the best idea either. There was nothing the front desk could do to alleviate the situation and it isn't really their fault anyway.

On April 22nd, I booked a room at this establishment for the dates 04/26-04/27 through booking.com. I was looking for a 2 bedroom suite with an indoor pool. The description of this room is as follows: bedroom 1- queen bed Bedroom 2- queen bed Living room- sofa bed. When I checked in I received 1 room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. I went to the front desk and explained that I booked a room with two bedrooms and received 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The front desk representative informed me that the hotel didn’t have rooms with two bedrooms and I said well that’s what’s on the website is there anything you all can do to compensate me due to this. She informed me that I would have to speak to the front desk manager Tyler. I went back to my room and received a call from Tyler who was very rude to me, cutting me off as I was speaking and having a very condescending tone and demeanor. He even went so far as to call me a liar stating “well I know that’s not on the website because we are in charge of what we give to the third party sites and we don’t have rooms like that.” I told him the website does say that I wouldn’t have booked the room. He was very snappy and informed me there’s nothing he could do besides discount a $200 room by $15 and to get me signed up for the loyalty program and give me points. At this time I didn’t have a choice but to get another room because my needs warranted two rooms. In the end he also dropped the incidental fee down on the second room to $25. I was still not satisfied after being called a liar and basically being stuck with having to pay for two rooms which was not in my budget. It was false advertisement which is no fault of mine and I should have been compensated instead of having to pay for an additional room not called a liar. The next morning I went online to book the same room for different dates after thinking to myself the day before how can I prove to this rude man that this is what it shows online and showed Tyler the website where it shows the advertisement for two bedroom and all he could muster up is “wow, that’s weird but let me get you signed up and get you some points for your next stay.” This was unacceptable and I’m quite sure not best practice according to the hotel’s policy. I was deceived with false advertisement and called a liar. I will not bring booking here again.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. The check-in process was quick and seamless, which was much appreciated after a long day of traveling. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the variety of pillow options. The bathroom was clean and stocked with high-quality toiletries. The complimentary breakfast was a standout feature! There was a wide variety of options, from hot items like eggs and bacon to fresh fruit and pastries. The coffee was excellent and available throughout the day. The hotel's location was perfect—close to key attractions and dining options yet quiet enough for a good night’s rest. I also loved the convenience of free parking and fast Wi-Fi. Overall, my experience was fantastic. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set this property apart. This hotel is closest to family when we come to Baltimore so we have given them lots of opportunities to redeem themselves but it is ALWAYA something. This last time we didn’t have hot water. I hate that the pressure is low anyways which is sooo annoying but this time. No water at all no shower no sink for a full night. What did they give us 2000pts not even enough for anything given a night cost 22k or more. The last time something was going on to where we could not use the late check out we earned with our status —courtesy of the housekeeping manager I was told. We get two max towels even for 4 person room and they will lot bring them to you. You have to come down to get them yourself. Very low quality for 3 stars. Breakfast. Boiled Eggs are not cage free and it is the only whole food they have. They were cold and old. Anytime I stay at IHG I get a text from the manager and a survey at the end. Not this hotel. I could go on and on. This hotel is not IHG quality. My last stay.
