This hotel was perfect for our stay! The location is incredible as you are close to the subway and able to walk and do so much in Midtown! Our room was a tad bit small but honestly was just fine for us. Room was clean and comfortable and house keeping came every other day. We chose not to eat hotel breakfast and ate at local places each morning but there is free coffee in the lobby each morning. Would recommend.

We stayed one night after seeing a show at MSG and everything was fine, the room was very clean and the bed was decently comfortable, and for the area it was quiet. Sean at the front desk was so nice. Very informative and helpful, A+ to him on customer service. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend. My only complaint was that there was no coffee ready until 7, but my boyfriend and I are up unreasonably early 馃槅
Mar 22, 2025 路 bryanThis hotel was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed for our week stay. It was super close to a couple of subway stops that could get us to anywhere we wanted to go. Marilyn, the manager, checked us in and she was amazing! She had great customer service and I felt super welcomed. There was a huge line when checking in and she kept a positive attitude and a smile on her face the whole time. I enjoyed that we got fresh towels every other day as well as a freshly made bed. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The shower pressure was great. With four people staying in my room, there was more than enough outlets for everyone to charge their devices for a busy day out. The only downside, the elevators were slow but we really didn't mind. It's a busy season so we understood. You just need to factor that in if you need to be somewhere at a certain time. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would book here again!

Other staff were helpful too in helping us navigate NYC and tend to our needs there. Rooms were clean. Great location to so much as well. I would definitely stay here again!

Good location close to the subway and about a 15-20 minute walk to several major attractions like Rockefeller center. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. The manager on duty when we checked in, Marilyn, was very friendly. Our two main complaints were: 1) the elevators are extremely slow and 2) we were told that breakfast would be served until 10 am, but upon arriving at 9:30 am, we were told that breakfast ended early. No explanation or advance notice was given, so we were left without the breakfast that we had paid in advance for. Since there was not a manager on duty at the time, we were not able to be refunded for this. Very frustrating! I expect better from Hilton. Barring these issues, we enjoyed our stay.
