I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to this time. I had originally been staying at a different hotel but was so disappointed that I decided to move. I’m so glad I did. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights with my mom and we really enjoyed it. Especially, Yuna at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. I loved her smile. Thank you so much!

Jun 18, 2025 · GANG HYUN AHNReview of a Beautiful Hotel I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made me feel very welcome. The standard rooms are okay—nothing too special, but comfortable. However, the suite is absolutely fantastic! It is enormous, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. One thing to note is that the hotel is a bit outdated. You can see that it has aged over the years, but that also adds to its charm. Despite this, staying here is a great experience, and I truly enjoyed my time. The hotel’s restaurants serve delicious food, making dining a pleasure. The pool area is also beautiful and perfect for unwinding. Overall, even though the hotel could use some renovations, its atmosphere, friendly service, and excellent amenities make it a great place to stay. I would definitely come back!
Apr 03, 2025 · Michael PreissThis is to express my extreme dissatisfaction and unmannerly attitude of one of your food service employees and the food and beverage director. Your food service attendant Micheal was absolutely disrespectful and confrontational. I made reservations from 1June -28June 2025. On 8June I was approached by this individual during the breakfast buffet which I prepaid for. He proceeded to tell me I was the reason he was reprimanded, when in fact it was he who did not follow protocol set forth by the hotel. I spoke to the front desk supervisor Kyra (who was very helpful) to inform someone in an authoritative position about the incident. She referred me to the Food and Beverage Director. As I told Micheal that I did not appreciate his unruly tone and disrespect he then proceeded to argue with me in front of at least 15 customers in the breakfast area. As I saw this conversation was taking a turn for the worst I turned to walk away. Micheal literally followed out of the door in an obvious attempt to embarrass me and state "I don't need this, this is a side hustle for me". I then asked to front desk supervisor to contact his supervisor (Food and beverage Director) in order to file a complaint. I was contacted at 9:13am and had an hour meeting with said Director explaining this abhorrent lack of decency. He assured me that he would look into the situation, talk to the front desk supervisor along with the Starbucks barista that was on duty. I was not contacted until 8:20pm that night, the only reason I was contact by him was do to the fact that I had checked out of the hotel which was an absolute inconvenience to me. I was asked by the front desk personnel why I was checking out 3 weeks early and I stated there was no way I was staying in a hotel where I was disrespected (to no fault of my own) and there was no resolution. I have contacted your corporate office twice, once to explain the situation and a second time to inform them that no one had reached out to me with a resolution. As a 24 year military veteran that has stayed with Hilton more that once I have never been treated with such disrespect and made to feel as if I did not matter. Your hotel forfeited over $4000 dollar due to a total disregard of simple human decorum. To date no on and I mean no one has contact me with a resolution or a sincere apology. Jun 16, 2025 · ingram jansenGreat location and nice rooms. Service is much to be desired. Was a speaker at a conference there and stayed a couple extra days. I had checked out of my room, and was waiting there to catch my red eye flight. I wanted a cup of coffee to hold me over. The Starbucks there was closed. This was around 6:00 pm. I asked the front desk where I could buy a coffee and the directed me to the Oasis Bar. When I asked, the bartender said they were out, but called the food and beverage manager if he could make a fresh pot. The food and beverage told the bartender “absolutely not!” I then asked to speak to the food and beverage manager and was told he was eating dinner and would come when finished. I asked again and was told he left for the day. Left a vm and no return call. I also left a message for the GM. No return call. I guess they just don’t care and aren’t willing to speak to a guest there. I won’t be going back and will be sharing my experience with the conference manager I speak with every year at who books the conference.
May 19, 2025 · Ezio SabatinoRecently stayed at the new updated villas and they lived up to the photo renderings! Highly recommend upgrading to the newer ones if you can. From previous reviews I was hesitant to stay here, but it exceeded my expectations . Rooms were bright and clean, Location of hotel is shuttle distance away from old town Scottsdale, and staff was super helpful! Special shout outs to Melissa, Logan, and Philippe for making our stay so comfortable. Only reason why I gave the rooms a 4 star was due to the dishwasher machine not working, and access to the separate villa pool being under construction. We hope to visit again!
