Christine, I believe, was working the welcome desk when we checked in. I didn’t realize that I qualified for early check in! She’s the first person to let me know that! We just hoped to be able to park our car at the hotel and walk to the baseball game. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Extra bonus, she was dealing with a difficult customer over the phone. Clearly the individual was insisting that her husband “Adam” left his ID there. Christine handled the caller with courtesy and professionalism. Good job! Our stay was great just wish the guest laundry was working. Not the biggest deal though. Highly recommend this location close to the casino and sports venues.

May 27, 2025 · Lisa CampbellWe stayed here April 3.. the hotel was easy to find and directly beside the casino. The negative reviews were not even close. They are actively remodeling the hotel but not in an inconvenient way. The staff was very friendly and helpful upon checking in. Room was clean. Definitely will be staying here in the future.
Apr 25, 2025 · Harold HughesCan I have a Diamond EVERYWHERE I travel?! She was amazing. So helpful, genuinely kind, and incredibly well-prepared for the rush of guests in town for the Ravens Steelers game. There was also a gentleman working who was delightful and helpful as well (I’m sorry I didn’t ask your name because you also deserve a shout-out). Walking distance to stadium, breakfast was pretty good, rooms were nice and clean, walls were a little thin but you’re right next to a casino and we were there on a big game day weekend so if anything it’s unreasonable to expect complete silence. All of that was great but the staff (literally everyone- maintenance, housekeeping, front desk) and hospitality really made it a 10/10 stay for us. Thank you all!
Jan 13, 2025 · Jamie DavisMy Wife has been staying in this hotel for 3 nights and she been moved every single night because somethings not working in the room no hot water no heat and now they will not give her a room key. she is a dealer in the nearby Casino. they claim they cannot make a new key but new customers seem to have no problem getting keys made. If you work at the casino, I need a room here. Don’t waste your time. Or money. Go somewhere else.
Feb 22, 2025 · Q James BarkerI checked into this property because it’s basically in the heart of Baltimore. I checked into my room and as soon as I look out my window it’s a big dead rat by the pool side. Ok I understand the pool is closed because it’s still cold there but why do I see a rat outside the window. It’s no way they didn’t know that this rat was there and the person that’s suppose to clean and check around the property apparently didn’t do it……. This was a eye sore for sure!
