Stayed four nights with my family. Upgraded my room and enjoyed the view. The service at the front desk weren’t rude but also not as helpful as I was hoping. Wish I could note more positives. Requested bare minimum housekeeping twice during our stay. Asked for a simple removal of old towels and takeout containers (garbage). The first time I requested through the app and got no response. The next day I requested via the front desk about the housekeeping after getting breakfast with my daughter. We were added to a list and told it had to be done before noon which was no problem on our part. Upon reentry late that evening we discovered nothing had been removed. Coming back to a dirty room was incredibly disappointing after a long hot day roaming the city. I had even set all the to go boxes, used towels, and the little trash can in the kitchen section of the room so it was convenient and would be quick to remove. My second biggest gripe about our time there was the cleanliness of the pool. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel over different Hampton inn/Hilton locations in the area was so my young daughter could enjoy the pool. Upon arrival to the pool it was so cloudy I couldn’t see my feet and pulled a long wad of hair out of the center of the pool that reminded me of cleaning out my bathroom tub drain, along was other floating hairs wading along the waters. I was incredibly disgusted and heartbroken I had to tell my daughter there was no way we could swim in our hotels pool & we need to go upstairs and shower immediately. Lastly, breakfast was fair. Not a lot of offerings but not terrible for being complimentary. The Hampton Inn I stayed at this past fall had a much better breakfast setup + offerings but I understand it’s a different location so it varies. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. As a Hilton team member myself I left disappointed and wished I would have picked a different hotel altogether rather than splurging on an upgrade to my room at this hotel. P.S. Our stay occurred while there were no home baseball games going on so I couldn’t even imagine the neglect the hotel and guests receive while it’s actually busy.

Jun 19, 2025 · Cheyenne woomerStayed here while in town for a Tigers Orioles game. I'm a huge sports fan, so I probably appreciated our view of Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium more than most. The hotel was clean, our room was updated, and the service was friendly and accommodating. NOTE* Don't stay here if you plan on coming or going DURING a sporting event. The best place to stay if you are coming or going well before or after.
Jun 12, 2025 · Brian AdamsNot impressed. Stayed here while seeing an Orioles game because it was so convenient to the park. Honestly, I expected at least a little better than the room we were given since I booked it directly through the Hampton Inn and not Priceline or the like. This was basically their worst room. Our room looked directly down onto the open dumpsters in the alley out back. Not that we needed a great view, but I think I would have preferred no view at all to looking down on the nasty garbage. At least in the morning, the new trash was bagged instead of just dumped in there loose where you could see all the grossness. They should at least put a lid on the dumpster. Our room was also positioned in the small alcove off the alley that any and all loud noises reverberated and magnified. It was not a quiet room by any means. We woke up in the morning to the smell of diesel fumes, but later discovered it wasn’t just our room but the whole hallway as well. Additionally, there’s no safe in the room but also no “do not disturb” tag for the door, the handle to the bathroom door comes off, pillows were pretty uncomfortable, and the there were hairs still lingering in the shower. Only positive things I have to note are the mattress was comfy, breakfast was fairly good, the location is great for going to an orioles game, and the valet guys are on top of things. They were the most professional of all the staff, yet I don’t think they actually work for Hampton Inn. The breakfast staff did a good job too of making sure items were always refilled.
Jun 12, 2025 · Stephanie HerzI wish I could give a negative rating for this place. We stayed for four days with a small child, and despite repeatedly requesting room service from the front desk, no service was provided throughout our stay. On the final day, I informed the front desk that the room had not been cleaned for the past three days, even though I had requested it multiple times, including twice that very morning. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, telling me, "There is no room service available, and the most we can do is send someone to take out the trash. We cannot change the towels or bedsheets now." For $250 per night (a last-minute booking), this level of service is absolutely unacceptable. I was shocked by the staff’s attitude and the lack of basic hospitality. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Apr 29, 2025 · Dhilhani FaleelVery nice rooms in a great location in the city. Too pricey for a Hampton Inn. Front desk service is poor. Employees (more than one) wouldn't even look up from their phone to acknowledge you. Breakfast was okay, typical for Hampton.
