Promotions or Special Offers

As a private cabin and bunkhouse rental, Holyfield Cabin and Bunkhouse might not offer the same type of widespread, publicly advertised promotions as large hotel chains. However, guests can often find value through direct booking, extended stays, or by inquiring with the hosts. While specific details would need to be confirmed directly, here are common scenarios for such properties:

  • Off-Season Rates: Traveling during less busy times of the year (e.g., certain weeks in winter or early spring outside of holidays) might yield lower nightly rates.
  • Multi-Night Stay Discounts: Many independent vacation rentals offer reduced per-night rates for booking a certain number of nights (e.g., a week-long stay often costs less per night than a shorter one). This encourages guests to settle in and fully enjoy the serene setting.
  • Direct Booking Advantages: Sometimes, booking directly with Chuck and Valda via phone can provide a more personalized quote or potentially a better rate than through third-party platforms, as it avoids commission fees.
  • Repeat Guest Incentives: As mentioned in reviews, guests express a strong desire to "definitely be back soon!" It's possible that repeat visitors might receive special considerations or loyalty benefits from the hosts.
  • Seasonal Packages: While not explicitly stated, properties in scenic areas might occasionally offer packages tied to local events, fall foliage season, or winter activities.

To discover any current availability or potential offers that might apply to your desired travel dates, it is highly recommended to contact Holyfield Cabin and Bunkhouse directly. Speaking with Chuck and Valda will provide the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding pricing and any special arrangements.

Thank you to Valda and Chuck for your loving hospitality. We felt very welcomed there. We can't wait to come again. We stayed at the Hideaway cabin and it was so relaxing listening to the water rushing in the creek at night. It was so clean and had everything we needed. The Pavillion was fantastic and fun to sit by the fire at night and roast marshmallows. It is very pet friendly so the dog had a great time too. It was a wonderful getaway. Thank you so much. What a beautiful, historical, magical place. We brought our boys this trip so they could see and explore the beauty of Tennessee and North Carolina. What they got to experience in their two night, one day stay at the Holyfield cabin made for a lifetime of memories. It was like coming to stay with Grandpa and Grandma in the country, only this country is magical. The beauty is surreal. The cabins are adorable, the surroundings peaceful and Chuck and Valda......simply the best hosts of anywhere we’ve ever stayed. Bring a few groceries and you have everything else you could possibly need. This will be our future place to stay when we come back to visit this part of the country. Thank You to Chuck and Valda both!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Chuck and Valda’s! From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming hosts and gave us an incredible history of their space. We loved learning about its roots. Valda graced us with some homemade peach ice cream and it was out of this world! We all wanted more! The cabin and bunkhouse are cozy and the decor matched the serene nature that surrounded us. Our favorite feature was the back deck that overlooked the flowing creek and the outdoor fireplace that our family gathered around in the evening. Valda and Chuck are thoughtful and caring and one evening while we were out, they left a baby gate on the deck for us, knowing that we had our puppy with us. We lacked nothing and gained new friendships! Thank you dearly, Valda and Chuck! We are already planning a trip back! 💜

We actually stayed in the hideaway cabin on the same property, but it was quite similar and perfect for our needs. Our hosts were so welcoming! They took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. In the evening we sat on the large porch by the outdoor fireplace & played board games & in the morning we sat facing the waterfall where I did some yoga as I listened to the falls! Chuck (one half of Chuck & Valda, our hosts) came through on his four wheel & told us stories about a 2000yr old Indian trail on the property that we were excited to hike. What a great property. I just love that they are sharing it with travelers like us who adore the great outdoors!
