Home2Suites never disappoints; this location in particular was excellent. William, the concierge on duty, was incredibly friendly and helped to secure us a spot for our van in the gated parking lot. The gym was nice, and the room was clean, spacious, and cozy. We enjoyed the proximity to plenty of points of interest just minutes from the hotel, and felt great going for a walk around the neighborhood the morning after our stay. Apr 20, 2025 · Andrew AnayaWhile the room was decent, it has been abused rather than used showing th3 management is not taking care of the facility. Carpets were stained and walls damaged. Elevator looked like it has been being worked on for weeks with no end in sight. The parking fee was ridiculous! Paying over 100.00 a night for a room and for parking is crazy, especially considering the parking area is not secured. The breakfast area was disaster and dirty! By 830 the breakfast bar was empty with staff members ignoring customers. Finally, we had to speak Spanish just to get assistance which is unacceptable! Both front desk clerks were dressed and acted unprofessionally. While I will give this chain another try, I will not be staying at this location.

Not sure if weed is legal here, but definitely could smell it one night. Parking was good, cars were safe. Best part was that it was in walking distance to a lot of things.
Apr 20, 2025 · Timothy TI'm normally a big fan of hilton properties, but this specific home2 suites lacked proper room preparation, cleanliness, and common area maintenance. The room didn't have any body soap or shampoo to use, and even had a previous guests shampoo bottle. The gym equipment had lots of dust on it. The back side common area door entrance motion detectors and security entrances would randomly work. And the elevator buttons looked like someone jammed the fixture inside the electrical box. No "pardon our dust" or indication that things were going to get fixed... overall, not worth the money. The only saving grace is how close it is to market street

This trip had several undesirable setbacks. I'd already paid online, checked in, selected my room, and opted for the digital key.. all to avoid any front desk interaction (that's my preference). I got a notice to stop by the front desk... and found out they were having system issues. After a 30-minute wait to be helped, I waited another 30 minutes to get my room key, & was not given the room I'd originally selected. 1 elevator was down, so I chose to take the stairs anytime I needed to go back downstairs. I seriously hope Hilton plans to make amends for the unpleasant inconvenience.
