The worst part about writing this review is that you can’t give it negative stars. On my visit they didn’t have a double room that we booked. So they wanted to separate me and my family into 2 singles few doors apart from each other. First of all that doesn’t work when we’re on a family trip. Second of all the second we got there there are people outside doing drugs and someone nodding out standing in the parking lot. The first thing we seen when we went into the room was cock roaches crawling on the wall. So when we told them that we would not be taking this as they didn’t have the room we reserved and we wanted a refund they refused to refund us and just kept passing the blame from one person to the next with no resolution. This place is unprofessional and disgusting on a moral and physical level. They scam and take advantage of people out of there money. Terrible experience. If you have kids don’t even consider staying here because the environment isn’t suitable for children.

Feb 10, 2025 · Eddie SlomanDON’T do it! I’ve traveled a lot in my life, all over the world, my needs are VERY basic and I don’t mind ‘roughing it’ when needed. This was THE WORST place I have ever stayed. No question about it. I checked in on a Sat afternoon for two nights since I was told the office was closed on Sunday. I prepaid for both nights. My fault for not looking at the room immediately after checking in. Instead, I went for a workout at a local gym, then grabbed a burger, got to my room about 9pm. It was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Not only did I kill several cockroaches, but I saw (and video recorded and photographed) quite a few others as they scampered away. I refused to use the shower due to bugs and I placed towels over the top of the bed and slept on top of them fully clothed because I was so concerned about the possibility of bed bugs. Having prepaid $200, I was and am still so grossed out by this experience. When I checked out early on Monday morning, the office was still closed, so I could only drop off my keys through a slot and leave. I responded to the Red Roof email survey to share details, but haven’t heard from anyone. There is no way that they aren’t fully aware of just how bad the bug problem is at this property. Truly disgusting. It doesn’t even deserve one star, but Google doesn’t allow zero stars. You’d be far better off sleeping in your car, then showering at a local gym or the YMCA.
Jan 07, 2025 · Dan LynchStayed the weekend with a friend. The tv doesn't adjust so you can't relax on the bed to watch any show. Bathroom fan doesn't work and neither does the fan for over the stove. Throughout the afternoon, others in the parking lot will start honking their horns at each other. The sirens don't necessarily bother me since this place is close to NE GA hospital. Apparently, the third floor tenants don't care if you're trying to take a nap due to a migraine or if you're trying to sleep. We asked them around 3:30 p.m. to keep it down. They've been nonstop since 1 p.m., loud, running back and forth, profanity around small children, etc. or they'll stand outside close to the other rooms trying to ease drop while playing videos loudly on their phone. It's absolutely ridiculous how people these days are inconsiderate of others.
