This place does not live up to the Hilton standards. The bathroom had hair on the floor and ants crawling. The carpeting was stained and the ceiling fan was covered with dust. We called the desk and Tyler gave us a different room upstairs. The room upstairs did not have ants but the carpeting was stained and the room was outdated and dusty. The pool and fitness room were very nice but the water dispenser was dry and there were no wipes for the fitness equipment. In the hallways the wall paper was peeling off the wall. Tyler at the desk is very friendly and tried to accommodate us.

Room was clean and cozy for our one night. Hot tub was great, was a birthday party going on so lots of screaming kids but we have kids of our own so it didn’t bother us that much! Nice get away for our 12 year anniversary.

In our first room: the bathroom door hit the toilet, the ac/heat unit made a loud annoying noise, there were no sheets for the couch pull out. The hotel staff quickly switched us when we asked. Our second room was not much better. There were stains on the carpet, candy on the floor next to the bed, a used coffee pod was left in the coffee maker. Although we were made aware that the public section of the hotel was undergoing recommendations, we did not know that we couldn't access the main part of the hotel without going outside. We were happy to only be sleeping there and then leaving. We won't stay again.

Recently stayed here at my company's expense for a business trip. Upon entering the lobby to check in, I was surprised to find a large portion of the first floor sectioned off for renovations. The front desk staff was extremely kind and welcoming and explained that the hotel was currently undergoing renovations. Unfortunately, the rooms could not be accessed from the lobby at the moment due to the renovations. Guests had to walk down a long, curving sidewalk and re-enter the hotel through another door using their room key. As you can imagine, this was a total inconvenience, but to make matters worse, it was 20 degrees outside, actively snowing, and I had 2 weeks' worth of luggage to roll upstairs. There was already a significant amount of snow on the ground, and the long winding sidewalk leading to the other door had not been cleared yet. Luckily, the desk attendant recognized my dilemma and happily offered to walk with me to the other door to ensure I got in safely. Once back inside, I was very happy to find that the elevator was just a few paces away from the door I had just entered. My room ended up being located on the 3rd floor just off of the elevator, which was also nice. However, the room itself was an entirely different matter. I was given a very spacious double bed suite, but the carpeting and upholstery were extremely worn down with numerous stains, rips, fraying, and dark spots, there were lamps everywhere and even a ceiling light, but the room still appeared very dark, and the furniture, carpeting, and decor were so dated and dingy-looking that there was no amount of cleaning that could ever restore the room back to an acceptable state of cleanliness. I do appreciate the fact that the owner of the hotel realized these things and perhaps even more and decided to go ahead and renovate the entire property because it definitely needs it. Like I mentioned before, my company arranged for me to stay here, and I was supposed to stay a total of 4 nights, but after the second night, I just could not take it anymore! After speaking with the property manager about my experience so far, he offered to cancel the remainder of the reservation and refund the last 2 nights. That was extremely kind and generous of him, and I sincerely appreciate it. The room was a 1, but all the staff gave 5-star service the entire time I was there. I wish Robert and his whole team the best of luck with the renovations, and I hope to be able to return to see the new and improved version of the hotel sometime in the future.

Hotel was ok. Renovations were being done. No way to the lobby or breakfast without going outside, which would have been fine in summer. With snow and zero temps it was not convenient. Also room was serviced once in the five days we were there.
