Awesome stay! Such a cool modern spot in Conshy! This boutique hotel offers a full restaurant on the second floor with an outside rooftop & a bar in the downstairs lobby. I highly recommend ordering the burger from 1874 Social. The room was spacious and clean. The Staff was nice. Self parking at the garage next door is $13 a day.

Feb 23, 2025 · Cam CameronOur daughter got married on Labor Day Weekend 2025. We worked with Adam the sales manager since the end of 2022 to plan the hotel stay for ourselves, the wedding party and our guests. Adam's customer service throughout the process was exceptional and helped make the planning seamless and stress free. Our guests loved the hotel and its ambiance and we so enjoyed meeting our guests at the bar, which opened onto the courtyard adjoining the hotel, the night before the wedding. The front desk service on the weekend of the wedding was good but could have been better, particularly when our guests called for early check-in (early check-in requests for guests were only available on the day of check-in). While I understand it was a hectic holiday weekend with two groups of wedding guests being accommodated, the level of courtesy and understanding from the front desk staff needed improvement. I highly recommend this hotel and working with Adam, who is a true professional!!
Feb 12, 2025 · Heidi SorkinAmazing hotel. Great location. Close to everything. Rooms were excellent. Best of all was the service. Wynter at the front desk was first class. Made us feel right at home. There were 6 of us on 3 rooms and she took great care of us.
Mar 21, 2025 · Jad DieterleIf you are a lowkey and private person/introvert, I would not recommend this hotel. Parking is confusing. Park on the bottom floor, folks! The entrance looks like a bar. As we were walking up it looked liked a wedding reception and my partner and I opted to walk around to find a different entrance, only for there to only be one with the bride and her guests. Apparently the bar is right next to the check in counter and it’s very uncomfortable if you just want to check in and get to your room as soon as possible. Everything is designed to be on display in the lobby, meaning you walk past every one who is at the bar or is sitting in a cubby which really isn’t the best after traveling. It’s unsettling. The room was clean, but terrible lighting. The bathroom is cute, great lighting. The tv is modern and has all the apps on it already for easy watching. I don’t hate it. It’s just not my vibe. I guess I should have done more research, but there are certain things you just expect from a hotel, like a simple lobby for incoming guests.
Feb 15, 2025 · Alexus GarnettWe would have given this hotel 5 stars all around but were dissappointed in the attention to detail of the front desk staff. Hotel is charming and rooms are very nice. Great ammenities and restaurant on the property, (Hook and Ladder). Check in took too long, the front desk didn't put in our name correctly into their system, even though it's right there on our credit card and license, so we couldn't log into the internet. We liked the hotel and decided to stay an extra night and asked them to come clean our room while we were out that day. They assured us that it would be taken care of yet nodoby ever came so we had no towels and no coffee in the room the next morning. This is just an example of how poor training and a lack of attention to details can ruin a great experience. When customers bring this up to your staff, you should have them appologize and take responsibility for their mistakes. If you clean this up, we will be back.
