Did not sleep at all in this hotel. There were children playing soccer and video games in their room above us from 11.30 pm until 6 am overnight. Called front desk at 2 am and told them exactly who it was. They did nothing and offered no solution. Would not recommend and will never stay here again. I’ve never had this happen before in a hotel. Highly do NOT recommend. There is also dog piss all up and down the stairwell. It reeks of urine.

Apr 05, 2025 · NicCarol was extremely helpful. She assisted us and assured us when we were having technical issues. When we got there she was extremely sweet and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. She made us feel safe and happy throughout our time here. We very much appreciate Carol!
Mar 12, 2025 · Lee GeeThis isn't a great hotel, I had ask for towels and they told me that I had to return the dirty one to get clean, also when I ask for 2 rolls toilet paper and a box of tissue, and they said they don't give extra tissue box and the log in the 1 roll of 🚽 tissue. Also the refrigerator wasn't working good. The only thing that was good is the freezer and the kitchen sink faucet was screw the hot was on the cold line and the cold was on the hot line. Also they take the coffee instead of leaving out, they only had a few stuff to eat. They we're very rude on us having our 🐕. Also they sort of had the bathroom downstairs block with some boxes and I almost fall. The hotel worker was even complaining when me n my daughter was going to use the bathroom, he was saying that thank goodness he had clean it and stock it with soap and paper.
Jan 01, 2025 · Ariana SanquicheThe rooms are okay here the SERVICE SUCKS.. They really act so busy as if they cannot service you..meanwhile standing outside on the phone or chilling in the lobby. Saw it with my own eyes when I needed extra towels etc.
May 05, 2025 · Dawnny DawnThis is the best Extended StayAmerica I’ve ever stayed at. It’s quite clean and the staff does everything they can within their power to make your stay amazing. I think that this place should have a five star review from everyone. I’ve stayed at Marriott’s where the staff was rude and snobby. Everyone here tries to accommodate where it’s possible. Thank you guys for an amazing stay.
