Guest reviews are mixed on quality but generally positive on the availability and selection.

Electric car charging stations and wheelchair-accessible parking are also available. One review noted the cost as "practically robbery" and highlighted a need for better signage in the garage.
24-Hour Front Desk: A round-the-clock front desk ensures assistance is always available, although one review noted staff could be "somewhat reserved."
Complimentary Shuttle Service (Limited): While some public information suggests a shuttle, a customer review explicitly states, "the shuttle doesn't run on the most important days...that being the weekend." Jun 08, 2025 · Jim KeyElevator capacity was obviously not a consideration when this place was put into service. Three slow elevators are not enough; trying to ride the elevator and having to stop on every floor is not a pleasant experience. And as far away as this hotel was from everything, trying to charge almost $40 for self parking is practically robbery, especially since the shuttle doesn't run on the most important days...that being the weekend. Finally, the breakfast was rather lackluster (especially the poor quality of the coffee), as other Hyatt's used to have amazing breakfast items. The only thing worth eating was the fruit.
Jun 16, 2025 · Jsa GrevThis was my second occasion staying at this hotel. I decided to stay the second time because I enjoyed it so much the first time a few months prior. The rooms are HUGE, clean and have a lot of convenient amenities. The rooms have a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot with actual coffee mugs and great restrooms. The beds are extremely comfortable and make for a wonderful night’s sleep! I room comfort in knowing that the elevator is key controlled and you can’t go to a floor that you don’t have access to. There is a free breakfast in the morning that is quite well stocked. There was a great selection of breakfast foods and not just grab and go type continental breakfast. They actually have scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, biscuits, and gravy, grits, oatmeal, fresh fruits, and many other breakfast items. The staff at the front desk is great and always happy to help. The cleaning crew was very sweet both times too.
Mar 06, 2025 · Julie HewittHaving stayed here twice now I feel I can fully recommend this hotel. The front desk crew is always very nice and efficient. The rooms are great! I was expecting the shower/bath combo which is usually not great. Instead it’s a nice sized shower with great water pressure and hot water. The soap, conditioner, and shower gel is excellent. The beds are very comfortable, the room exceptionally clean, and the couch is great. I do recommend a white noise staying here. The only negative is how loud the doorlocks are when someone enters or exits their room. I have had coffee only during breakfast hours but I found it delicious with more than a few options. The lobby is fantastic. Plenty of indoor and outdoor work areas. I found the wi-fi to be fast. Highly recommend.
Mar 26, 2025 · Andrew KMaybe I’m too old school but hotels are not what they used to be. I think we can all agree when you travel one of the #1 things most people look forward to is the movie list and ordering room service one night and just lay in bed watch a movie still in theaters and that’s it. Welp this dream just doesn’t exist anymore. The TV wasn’t even a smart tv to watch NETFLIX it have cable tv and a guide of what’s on that’s it. Ordered a burger and fries. $18 bucks for the dryiest burger and soggiest non cooked fries. Phone doesn’t work. Toilet didn’t work. Charging us way more a night then the current going rate. When I physically used my cell phone to call the front desk cause our room phone didn’t work and asked about the tv situation I said so this is basically an AirBnB masking as a hotel and the man on the other line agreed with me and said “pretty much” Their cleaning service as stated in their elevators informs you that unless you ask they will come clean every 3rd day. No discussion about WiFi when they had you your key card with WiFi info anymore. This is a hotel that enjoys giving the bare minimum and it shows…. Will never recommend this place. Disappointed is an understatement
