The island in the kitchen had ants and the hot water from the bathroom sink was cloudy/dark. Hotel did have somewhat modern amenities, but I still would most likely not likely stay here again. The hotel is not geared towards business travelers. And the parking fee they charge is ridiculous.

May 02, 2025 · Brandon CDo yourself a huge favor and avoid this place. The room smelled absolutely horrible like a mix of old cat and dog urine, or worse. I honestly couldn’t tell if something had died in there. I was up all night because of the stench. If I didn’t have my kids with me, already asleep, I would’ve left in the middle of the night. It was that bad. I paid a ridiculous amount for one night plus parking, and it was a total waste. Disgusting experience.
Apr 16, 2025 · Miriam UngarThis is now my preferred place to stay in the Parsippany area. The rooms are large and comfortable and I enjoy having the amenities of a kitchen and living space. The rooms feel like cheap apartments, and it is very hit or miss whether you have the pots and pans and utensils you might need during your stay. I also typically buy some groceries from the Wegmans that is about a quarter mile away so that I can have real eggs in the morning. The breakfast they have here is as terrible as any other place though it is passible if you're okay with the standard fare of danishes and powdered eggs. I like the fact that all the TVs have a Chromecast attached to them so you can stream your content in the living room or in the bedroom. Every now and then I have issues with getting hot water, but if you wait long enough the water does seem to get hot. If you're looking for a comfortable room, especially one with a living area and kitchen, this is the place I recommend you stay. It is last expensive than the Hilton and Marriott nearby, and as cheap as the Hampton inn, but with much more room to spread out.
Mar 05, 2025 · Nathan BarberCheck in was easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking is $15 or free for Hyatt members. They offered a complimentary breakfast but it was pretty bad.
Feb 02, 2025 · HannahLast week I stayed here and the lady at front desk first tried to say I didn’t pay for my room then when I showed prof tried to say I have to repay my accidental deposit again although I paid at check in. Now fast Forward to yesterday I checked in and seen multiple ants in my bathroom and I asked front desk and staff to not come house cleaning till 12pm -1pm and i literally was interrupted by housekeeping every hour out of the 3 hours I was trying to rest due to me working overnight.
