I come to this hotel to attend a convention twice a year. The hotel is beautiful. It's extremely clean. I love the Lobby bar. However, the bartenders take a long time to finally see you so they could serve you. But I understand because the bar is always crowded during the conventions. The hotel needs to turn up their air conditioner when these conventions are in full swing because it is disgustingly hot. However, when I went up to my room, the hallway is cool and the air conditioner is running. My room was clean. I just wish they would change the flavors of the coffee that they provide. The coffee is disgusting. I love the fresh clean linen. The shower is great! The bathroom is very up-to-date and modern. I'll definitely come back and stay at this particular property again. Check in and checking out was fast and smooth.

Apr 28, 2025 · Alice RodrigoHorrible stay. Made the mistake of paying up front to get better weekly rate. Never again. Service has been terrible. Asked for a manager at the front desk and was told there is no manager on the premises! Heat alternates between freezing cold and sauna like heat Returned to the room after 4 pm today and room had not been cleaned. Front desk said it’s a little bit late for that!!! We have stayed in many hotels. This was the absolute worst. . Update: switched us to a new room last night(we moved our own stuff of course). Came back at 5 pm to a room that had not been cleaned. We went to the front desk when we left to confirm it would be done. Unbelievable. Staff just handed us a bag of sheets and towels at 6 pm. Can’t make this stuff up. Update. And the fun continues. They finally cleaned our room. But we got off the elevator last night to walk into a wall of rollaway beds scattered about. Still there this morning. Food left in greasy bags in hallway all night. Now our sink appears to be leaking. One elevator not working. More photos
Mar 28, 2025 · Colleen FarrellWorst hotel room I’ve had in 10 years. This place needs a renovation really bad. Carpets dirty and stained. Furniture in the room at least 30 years old. HVAC system is from 1980 blows air too strong on you all night. Bathroom in disrepair. You wouldn’t think this would be allowed by Hilton in Northern NJ where people have jobs and money. Front desk staff untrained and clueless. Took dry cleaning to desk and next day they tell me sorry it never went out. How is that even possible. These employees have no idea how to run a hotel. Stay here at your own risk. A Courtyard is a MUCH better choice. The outside of the building looks nice but don’t be fooled. This place is a dive.
Apr 12, 2025 · rikwynn wynnIt's the best hotel I've ever stayed at. If you don't have your own transportation, nothing is within walking distance, but everything you could ever want is nearby if you don't mind to Lyft or Uber. A wonderful steakhouse in the hotel. If that's too pricey, the bar in the lobby has amazing food at very reasonable price. A breakfast cafeteria and all you can eat buffet only in the morning. I stayed only two nights on business but would stay a week or longer for a vacation. Very, very clean room and friendly hospitality.
May 14, 2025 · Attila KaszoniI stayed at this hotel for a chess tournament and had a terrible experience from start to finish. I booked my stay expecting the special chess tournament rate, but I was shocked to find that I was charged the regular rate—double the discounted price ($280 vs $140) after i checked out and see the receipt in email. No one ever confirmed my rate or the fact that my booking included breakfast when i checked in, so we ended up paying extra for something that should have been included. When I brought this up to the staff, their attitude was dismissive, essentially blaming me for not confirming in advance and saying there was nothing they could do since I had already checked out. Beyond the billing issue, the hotel itself was in poor condition. The facility is outdated and not well-maintained. The bedding and the quilt had holes, shedding feathers everywhere—my son even joked that there must be a dead bird inside. The room phone was completely non-functional, forcing me to go downstairs whenever I needed something. To top it off, I experienced a short power outage while in the elevator and almost got stuck. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating stay. Between the unexpected charges, unhelpful staff, and subpar conditions, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely not worth the money, and I would advise others to stay elsewhere.
