This hotel has a beautiful large lobby. It smelled so good, and it was so clean. There's a little cafe that serves breakfast, lunch dinner, but it is not opened all day. The prices are pretty good. The rooms are large, bathroom a great size. The room was very clean, and so was the bathroom. Although the room had a musty smell, it was not the best first impression when you just got in the room. One of the elevators was broken. The next day, there was a huge pile of dirty linens on the hallway of the second floor and trash bags by a bunch of rooms at 5 pm. Spmeone dropped the ball, obviously. We had to go and ask the service desk if they were aware, which they said they weren't. When we got back from dinner, the hallway was back to normal. Pool and exercise areas were small but clean. I would rate at a 3.5 stars.

Apr 27, 2025 · Ec BorgesThe lobby of the hotel is clean and has a nice decor. When you get to the halls you get an outdated feel. The carpet in the room was dated and the room had a stale smell. We cracked the windows open and all was good. The room was clean and comfy. Liked the little couch and the bed was comfortable and we slept well. We found good food, and parks etc. Not to far away.
Apr 29, 2025 · Darryl BrooksI wouldn’t go back. Physically, it’s the same as any other Courtyard though not quite as clean; we were greeted by a clump of hair stuck in the bathroom door. It wasn’t our hair. And our room phone didn’t work, which became a problem when the team of unsupervised teenagers staying at the hotel began throwing snowballs at our window outside and our room door inside. Then mouthing off to us. Five trips to the lobby later, I suppose the staff did what they could. But it took 12+ hours. And even after the snowballs finally stopped, slamming doors, running up and down the halls and yelling between rooms could be heard all night from the kids. We wound up leaving early because we couldn’t take it any more. Plenty of other hotels in the area.
Dec 23, 2024 · Beth MarshallQuiet, clean and well run hotel. Efficient and warm reception, ample parking included, small pool and small fitness room. Plenty of restaurants close by. Titanium member that would gladly return. Remember to tip your housekeeper.
Mar 02, 2025 · Tim_ HeatönRoom cleaning is very poor. They don't vacuum, supposedly new towels have hair, they don't clean every day. Even if you ask, there's no guarantee that they will, the bed feels worn, the sheets haven't been ironed, the walls of the rooms and sofas/cushions have stains, the carpets in the room and hotel corridors have stains, the staff could be more well-groomed, there aren't many breakfast options or healthier lunches. The hotel needs to be remodelled inside and have more training in the services options that provide.
