They are in the middle of a remodel so.... Our room was older but very clean and plenty of room no issues at all. Staff were great.. bfast was your typical Hampton inn style. The location ok so no where to walk for food of any kind. Basically but up against a business park but plenty of options within a few min drive. Just be careful the right turn sneaks up on you.. but overall very pleasant.

Adequate hotel. Clean rooms, great breakfast, good service. Needs some work on the elevators and fridge in the room. Overall a positive experience, except for the random street party and construction work on two nights.

We were disappointed with our experience at this location—it definitely didn’t live up to the 4-star rating. We had issues right from check-in, including trouble getting our room key. The free breakfast felt like leftovers from previous days. The pool wasn’t heated, despite being told it would be when we booked the hotel. When I approached the front desk to address these concerns, the staff member took a personal phone call in the middle of our conversation and seemed to completely ignore me. The hotel did follow up with texts about my stay, but every time I responded with questions, they failed to reply or provide any assistance. Rooms are outdated with worn out furniture, holes in the wall, and poor plumbing.

Standard Hampton beds and linens. Place is getting renovated. Toiletry dispensers weren't attached to the bathroom walls. Breakfast service was slow and all the coffee dispensers were empty. (Even the ones by the check-in desk were brought to the back room to get refilled) I awkwardly waited around 15 minutes just for one coffee pot to finally be available. Every other Hampton I've been to, along with comparable hotel brands from Hilton and other companies, have had a backup coffee dispenser filled and on standby when the one being used got empty. This was also during the final several minutes of the breakfast service. When that new pot of coffee was finally available, another guest who had also stayed at many other Hamptons said this was the first time they didn't replenish any more food in the final half hour of breakfast. (I had arrived very late the night before, so I was in no shape to get breakfast earlier.) That was pretty apparent because all I had was a bowl of oatmeal and the waffle machines were crowded almost the entire time I was down there because there were literally no other food options. The catering dish of eggs, sausage, and potatoes was picked clean and all the fruit, pastries, and bread were gone. They also made an announcement at closing time and seemed to cut off breakfast right at 10. Every other hotel I've stayed at that had free breakfast let the service taper off at the end to accommodate last-minute guests. (With food available through all the breakfast hours) The TV in the breakfast room was also too loud.

We did not have a good experience, and I know there are a lot of hotel options in the area, so wanted to weigh in as you consider. We got an email a week before arrival saying the elevators and pool were down. We could live without the pool (although we’d specially booked with a pool because we have a toddler), but elevators were a deal breaker. We were told they were back up before arrival. When we arrived, only one of two elevators was operational, which again, not a huge deal, not a huge hotel. Elevator was down again by our last day, meaning we had to carry all luggage and toddler down four flights of stairs. Our toilet was also broken at check in, we called about it, and were brought a plunger for the stay.
