I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Jersey City. I was upgraded to a spacious corner suite with a king bed and stunning views of the Manhattan skyline and Hudson River—truly a highlight of the experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room felt clean, modern, and well-appointed. The lobby has clearly been refreshed and looks great, giving the property a nice, upscale feel. Valet parking was fast and convenient, which made arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. While I didn’t have time to try the breakfast, everything else about the stay was smooth. The staff was friendly and helpful, though the front desk did seem understaffed during both check-in and check-out, leading to a bit of a wait. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again—especially for the views, comfort, and easy access to NYC without the hassle of staying in Manhattan.

May 06, 2025 · Jonathan HummelTerrific room with a great view! Had the burrata salad and tomato bisque and both were delightful. The server couldn’t have been any nicer and the restaurant was casual, and comfortable with a killer view! I was also very impressed with Jersey City. Haven’t been here in many years, but we will definitely come back. Lots of restaurants, nearby, and great transportation into the city.
May 09, 2025 · Coop CiminiRyan the bartender gave us excellent service from start to finish. He was friendly, attentive, and made some solid drink recommendations that really hit the mark. He even made a special cocktail for me and my girlfriend, which was a great personal touch. We truly appreciated the experience and will definitely be back!
May 15, 2025 · Arnell DandridgeToday is 5/13/2025, I called the hotel around 12:30 pm to see if they offer military rates and to see how to book a hotel under a military rate, the lady at the desk was very dismissive and did not want to help. I asked how how do I book it and she said “it should be there” in a tone that made me feel like she didn’t want to help me navigate through the website, I suggest hiring more friendly & nice employees that actually want to help and make sure you get what you need before you get off the phone. Thanks to the lady at the desk I no longer want to book a hotel there anymore and I really love the location but her attitude makes me not comfortable even staying in that hotel,
May 13, 2025 · NelGreat views of the Hudson and the New York City Skyline. Very handy for the boats and subway. The bar restaurant is very friendly with very good food and a decent drinks choice. They are going through refurbishment so be patient as they are trying really hard.
