Considering hotels with similar rates, this hotel was disappointing. The room had a beverage fridge rather than one that could maintain temps for food. The microwave is in the room with the ice machine on the floor. Breakfast is not included. It was not easy to make requests when items were needed for the room, like more cups or towels, and our stay was for three nights. The phone did not work to connect to the front desk or housekeeping. I had to ask the housekeeping staff directly in the hallway for assistance. They were the kindest and most helpful staff. I requested assistance from a manager who was walking down the hall and was met with a rude explanation for delayed service. The beverages in the banquets are weak and expensive. Some guests chose the bar in the lobby instead which had much better service. I must point out that banquet servers were very respectful and attentive. Front desk check in staff were pleasant and helpful. The bed was not as comfortable as other hotels. There is no pool or spa to pass time or exercise and on 90 degree summer days it would have been nice. Other places offer these benefits and have lower luxury rankings but better hospitality.

Hotel itself is stunning, the rooms are clean and spacious. The bathrooms are comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very nice and attentive. The bellman crew were super helpful. The front desk staff were cold. I was a bit annoyed at how "get to business" they were. I asked if it was possible borrow a charger for my phone and the tone of the conversation changed completely. Both front desk staff I interacted with left something to be desired.

We were staying here for an event and arrived very late at night. The staff were friendly when we arrived and helped us find our room in the massive hotel. Hotel itself was clean and had tasteful design and decor. Room was clean but had some flaws. The automatic lights would turn on for very long when they detected motion, and it is very bright especially during the night. The hotel had plenty of facilities including gym and pool. Conference center had nice facilities. There were also plenty of food options that were reasonably priced.

There was long wait and there were no instructions on which queue for whom. Should increase the workforce or have some automated machines to ease. Room was great, shuttle was great and no complaints about restaurant. Even cheap hotels offer water bottles but charging them isn’t fair atleast a bottle or two. I would definitely stay here and would love to come back too.

The hotel facilities were generally very nice, but one major issue impacted my overall experience: the air conditioning in the common areas was set at an extremely cold temperature. It was so uncomfortable that it made it hard to enjoy spending any time outside of the room. Whether I was in the lobby, the dining area, or walking through the halls, the cold was overwhelming. Adjusting the temperature to a more comfortable level would greatly improve the stay for future guests.
