I honesty think this was the worst hotel I’ve been to even with being in a “remodeled” room. The curtains were dirty, the windows were open/ cracked which meant you could hear all the noise from highway, people talking or whatever all night long, along with that people outside could hear in your room. From the moment I got there, the microwave did not work, I mentioned it from the moment I arrived, asked for a manager and the manager never came. The lady at the front desk just said the manger is everywhere today I’m not sure if he fixed the microwave or if he’s even been to the room. Still never came, I had mentioned it to a third employee that then came down with another microwave and who fixed the one already in room. Even mentioning the curtains being dirty, having bugs inside of them the front desk lady smiled and said oh yah like this is a common thing people complain about. Said she would taking to manager on giving money off room…. Never happened and told me they would update me…. Never did. The beds felt like you were laying on a hard rock no softness at all, the hot tub that was located in the room was even dirty which I wish I would have taken a picture of that as well. I stayed nights with my boyfriend and spent about $500 in all honesty it was not at all worth it.

We also enjoyed full hot breakfast during our 3 day stay😋. These old bones enjoyed the soft, comfortable, clean beds👌🏽 Showers were clean and easy to get in and out for us seniors👏🏽 They also provided dove body wash, soap, shampoo and conditioner. As a business owner and mother of a tribe of 9 adult children, I am so proud of Jaylessa for doing such an amazing job! She over came the daily challenges that come along with the job with grace and a smile! I'd definitely stay again when in Erie and recommend this hotel aswell. Great job Jalessa! We ended up staying two nights, but what made the experience extra special was your fantastic manager Jalysa Pabellon, she went out of her way to accommodate us and make sure our rooms and accommodations were perfect. Apr 03, 2025 · Carlos TamayoI would give zero stars if I could. Where do I even start. Booked 2 rooms. A King room and a double, got here, they didn't have a king room gave us 2 doubles. One of the rooms smelt like spoiled milk. We asked to switch rooms. Was informed all the other rooms were dirty but they could have one "cleaned". They "cleaned" a king room, the one I actually booked. The "cleaning" was them taking off the pillow cases and putting the blanket back on as if they changed sheets. They did not. They left the half used soap in the bathroom. No towels. I had to get fresh linen and change the sheets myself. The second room was the same, sheets were dirty, no pillow cases and half used soap. They're putting people in dirty rooms. With used linen. Dirty showers. Dirty toilets. A homeless guy lives on the 3rd floor. When we said something about the creepy guy hanging out in the hallway for 12 hours, they said he was a guest just charging his phone in the hallway. For 12 hours? But it makes sense bc none of the outlets in my room worked. The pool was filthy. Couldn't see your own hand below the water. THEN when I woke up I noticed I was charged an extra $60 in the middle of the night by this place. Wild. If you want to stay here, just don't. Edit: I was finally able to get a manager on the phone. She just started this job and boy does she have her hands full. She was the nicest. And gave me a full refund. Still wouldn't stay here again though.

The pool was cloudy and looked very filthy as no one was in it then our room was filthy as it was not vacuumed or cleaned as microwave had stuff stuck on it oh and our key card we had to keep having it reset as it did not want to work. But staff was pleasant
