I stayed here for a few nights while my new place got ready. Upon entering the room, there definitely was a remnant of cigarette smoke, which I am sensitive to. After my first night, I requested to extend for another night they tried to charge me a little more than the first night, but online it was showing cheaper. I’ll let them know that the front desk the discrepancy and they would not honor the price that I had shown them. So I ended up booking online for the price which was about a $10 difference and extended my stay that way they were kind enough to let me stay in the same room during the night of my second stay, there was a gentleman who tried to enter my room unannounced I had just gotten out of the shower, and was near the door. I quickly looked out the window and it was another guest who had mistakenly got assigned to my room, he apologized and said he would head back to the front desk to get another room. I then tried to call the front desk myself from the hotel phone only to find out that it did not work at all… I then called with my cell phone and did not get an answer after three attempts. Clearly, I was irritated by this, but for the price, I expected no less I did stay in additional night after this, and there were no issues of the sort. Hot water worked heat worked, air conditioner, worked. TV was small, but had plenty options to watch. Place was clean for the most part . Could’ve used a little more attention on vacuuming though, but then again for the price not bad at all. The McDonald’s next-door was clutch .

Apr 29, 2025 · Willie ColemanClock was not usable. Phone did not work. I couldn't get the TV to work for 5 minutes of trying, then all of a sudden it turned on. The room was clean mostly but needed some TLC as baseboard was half off the wall. The coffee at the front desk was cool, but there was a coffee/hit water machine in the room. Also the refrigerator was turned almost off so not cold. I adjusted it, hopefully the food I put inside is cold but not frozen
May 21, 2025 · DonnaMicrowave didn’t work throughout our entire stay. Room smelled. Also be mindful that people can and will be loud. Slamming doors, screaming at each other, and being violent. If you hear screams just don’t expect to sleep soundly, or for any noise complaints to be taken seriously. Service could’ve been great had they given us our $100 deposit back. If you expect any sort of refund, don’t. In any accounts. After reassuring us that we were getting our deposit back several times over, we never received it. We called several times, and they told us to call our bank, which we did. Our bank said there were no pending refunds, and the only way to get back that deposit is to attempt to dispute the transaction unless they refund it. It’s been weeks. We’re not exactly well off people, we’re honest workers. A hundred dollars isn’t pocket change. So, if you’re anything like us, I’d recommend staying elsewhere. They’re crooks and thieves.
Mar 26, 2025 · Erin BradwayThis is a very clean and well kept property. Excellent value for the quality of the rooms and the staff. It is in a great location and not far from all that Erie has to offer. I always stay here when I'm in Erie.
Apr 02, 2025 · Andrew WaldingerFirst room smelled heavily of smoke. Asked to be moved. Second room stunk too and there was pet hair and glitter all over the bed. Ended up leaving and finding another place to stay. Absolutely disgusting!
