We had a room with a Queen Bed. Very claustrophobic. There was less than 24 inches between the foot of the bed and the piece of furniture that served as the TV Stand and the Dresser. There was only one chair in the room that was supposed to accommodate 2 guests. The bathroom was so tight that you had to close the door first in order to sit on the toilet. We were there for 3 nights and there was no maid service at all. The Concierge Desk was never occupied. AJ helped us out a great deal since there was no Concierge at all. There were not enough towels for 2 people. We arrived fairly late and decided to eat in the hotel. Big mistake. A very sparce menu with some of the items not available. Once again, AJ pointed us to Mother's for dinner. Good choice. Ok, parking. $57 dollars a day............ Really? We walked all over the French Quarter and the most expensive hotel parking we found was $35 a day.

Jun 03, 2025 · Kirk WardStayed three nights in a superior king corner room . The view was stunning! The bar served great cocktails and better food than expected from a bar. Note: the mini bar in the room has motion sensors , you will be charged for any item picked up and returned in place. We inspected a few items and replaced them and were charged , but the front desk staff were very kind to remove the charges .
Jun 17, 2025 · maggie macThis hotel was very nice. Felt like something was always going on (great vibes and energy). While staying there my son got sick (from the hot weather and not hydrating enough)... a kind team member went to the pharmacy during his break and got my son some children's Tylenol (he really went above and beyond). All around great staff, clean place and my kids loved the pool scene! The only thing that was a little off for us was the $55 parking per night. The valey service was incredible but still $55 per night adds up when you are staying a week.
Jun 16, 2025 · Warrior Code Taekwon-Do AcademyI love staying here. Solo female traveler. They always make me feel safe and meet my needs. The location is so perfect. Shopping, food, whatever you need all within walking distance. MAG at the front desk was so sweet and professional. I will always stay here when I’m in town which is frequently. Thank you!
Jun 06, 2025 · Nicole YepezLove this hotel. Stayed here twice. Once for the Jazz Fest and another time before boarding for a cruise. The Location is great, especially for those that like to gamble since it is right across the street from the casino and walking distance from Canal St and the French Quarter. Will definitely stay here again.
