We stayed here for a weekend getaway from NY last week. Beautiful hotel with a grand lobby. The suite was excellent with two bathrooms, clean and comfy. But more importantly, I want to shoutout Carla for going above and beyond to help accommodate our needs! She contacted me via phone the morning of our reservation to offer a bigger room and made our experience that much better! Also, shoutout to Sam for his excellent: Friendly customer service.

Jun 17, 2025 路 Alva MendezHistoric hotel on the "Seasoned" side. Vacation Club 7th floor short on the amenities....no matter your "Status". Double room only one available at time of booking. Room comfortable and very clean. No issues with WiFi. Pressure from the shower 馃毧 was excellent. Check-in quick and very little interaction with staff person at front desk. Thanked me for being a "Titanium Bonvoy" Member. No mention at all on any amenities other than coffee on the Marriott Club floor (7th). Salesperson on the 7th floor never made any greetings to inform you of anything affiliated with being Marriott Bonvoy member. Breakfast at the Edgar was way overpriced. $36 for Nova Salmon only on whole wheat and coffee! Only because of the area would I consider staying here in the future with other options.
May 08, 2025 路 Jeff HuartWe felt like someone special. Everyone was polite and helpful. Rooms were nice. Edgar restaurant food we felt was very good. Make a reservation earlier in the day for evening dining. Taxis were always available in front.
Mar 05, 2025 路 Patricia VoetschUnfortunately this was the stay that made us drop paying our vacation club. We stayed here in November, we called in advance to garantes a big room. Mind you we were trading 2 weeks for one at this location. Once we got there we were checked in to the smallest room on the floor. We complained many times, we were finally changed to slightly bigger Room, though extremely noisy. Naturally, this is where we felt this was a scam. I am only adding two stars for the location, but it isn鈥檛 really bang for your buck.
Mar 13, 2025 路 Sofia QuinonezI'm giving the rooms five stars with the understanding it is a historic hotel and some grace should be given to HVAC. It was cold while we were there and the bathroom was brisk on some days. Just putting it in since I did hear a few complaints but it would not dissuade me from recommending this fine establishment.
