Boutique hotel DC. Excellent service all around. Stellar dining, clean, ,& convenient to downtown. Rooms on the smaller side but updated and remodeled. Gym was adequate but small (lighting needs changed from dull yellow to daylight there). Strength was customer service/friendliness. As good as it gets. Overall highly recommend.

A lovely old iconic hotel with comfortable rooms that have been updated. A good bar and restaurant are in the premises. A true 5-Star experience that is not optimally located.

We booked the historic kind of love package in February. This place is beautiful and the service is top notch! We were greeted at the door and had our car valet. We were greeted immediately and checked in. Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but we were invited to the Quill for refreshments and light snacks. When the room was ready we went to the room where our luggage was already waiting for us. The room was spacious, clean, and beautiful! There was water set up on the counters and turn down service. We had reservations at the Greenhouse with pretty amazing seats right by the fireplace. The food was fantastic! We ordered the oysters, baby gem salad, and filet mignon with mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a staycation!
