I lived at the motel with my husband for almost a year and never had an issue with the owner. Arguments are not something that is appreciated if your going to be heard while doing it. Little pricey but very convenient in town so it's worth it. I wouldnt recommend staying as long as i did bit it is a good place for a 70s motel 馃 not graciously space full
